I really love your story so far!

Kitsen is such a great character... feisty and clever enough to keep Zevran on his toes [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/grin.png[/smilie]

You've set the stage for some great drama and angst with the Warden, Zev, Kitsen, and Alistair... and I like some good scandal and intrigue, so I'm looking forward to the coming chapters.

Oh, and all of Kitsen's swearing is really great! lol!

This isn't a fic update, but I've just put some Zevran / My Fic related pics up on DeviantArt and thought I'd link them here.   They're my first efforts with the tablet and pen my mum-in-law bought me.  Hope you like them.

As far as Rogue on the Rocks is concerned, I'm in the middle of writing Chapter 11, but I've had a bit of a fight with writing in the last couple of weeks.  Added to which, I've joined Questorion and his merrie bande in making the Dark Times: The Confederacy of Malkuth  - an addon for DA.  I think it's going to be pretty damn amazing when we're done!  I'm doing some v/a but mostly writing.  And I'm loving it, but the excitement and new busy-ness distracted me a little from 'Rogue'.   However, I'll post an update very soon.  The new chapter is a bit different, so hope you're going to like it!  *gulps*

@Shadow - thanks m'dear - it does take a bit of getting used to, but I'm mostly please with just how 'pencilly' it can look, I thought I was going to have to get used to it just looking a bit digital - the things they can do these days!



@Tanith - thank you luvvie. I need to tidy her up a bit I think, her top is a bit funny isn't it and her cinnamon bun ear is a bit of a cop out on my part. But very pleased you like her!

I like it that you've introduced a 'nemesis' for Zev. Olivier is an interesting-seeming fellow, and I do want to see just how trustworthy he is. The interaction you had between them and with Kitsen in a previous chapter is also something I enjoyed and (I think) forgot to remark on. Want to see how far they all try toying with each other.



Oh, and Zev showing off with his morning stretch... *yes*!



As for the history, quite interesting...like I said, I'm looking forward to part 2.

@Ret - thanks m'dear! I just would like to tell everyone that Ret very kindly pointed out that 'Chateaux' is plural, and really, the word I was after was 'Château'. I've duly made the changes, but I'm very grateful for the heads-up! What a ninny I am.



@Gil - thanks very much. Chapter 12 is in the pipeline but may take a few days to post up.



Also, whilst my last chapter was fun to write, and interesting as an experiment, it was a bit self-indulgent and hard work to read, I think. So, glad I had a go, but I am going to leave past/present history telling behind me now. x)
