Just happened to me THREE(!!!) times in a row. I'm entering the store, the game mocks me with "searching for outstanding purchases" and after the message disappears my credits are set to the before-the-last-mission value. Just so annoying! I actually had the same problem a couple weeks ago and its just ridiculous that its still not fixed.
And even if this issue would be fixed i'm most likely wont be compensated for the money i lost.
Loosing credits for the last mission upon entering the store.

Same here only I don't just lose credits, I also lose the levels I acquired from the previews match along with the talents. Last time that happened I also got demoted to a level BELOW the one I was when I launched the game....

This just happened to me twice. I lost 500k+ exp and 60k+ credits.

Bioware, you owe me more than 250k credits, and much more XP. Previously it was 3 gold games, now its another two silver games in a row.
Perhaps I should get "Volunteer" banner for that? -.-

WE need to hear a confirmation from BW about this bug/glitch.
Seriously, I lost credits/exp several times between gold and silver runs just a couple of minutes ago. After finishing the match the credits are there, but when I go out of the lobby to purchase my stuff, the hard earned credits are LOST!!!!!.
And some time, I host the game and still happens.

I've had this happen multiple times, but not just from entering the store. Leaving the lobby can also cause one to lose exp and credits. It's beyond frustrating.

Hmmm this might explain why I feel I suddenly gain much less xp and creds at times, I'll keep a eye out to see if it's also happening to me.

This has happened to me multiple times. Leaving the game lobby may sometimes result in the loss of all end-of-game awards. This has happened in games where I have finished Challenges - the Challenge progress achieved during the game remains, but the credits and exp which are only awarded at the end of the game are lost.
This appears to happen when leaving the game lobby following a completed game. It has happened to me both when opening the store interface and when exiting back to the Multiplayer main menu. It -may- be related to cloud synch lag, as it seems to happen more often when leaving the lobby immanently. However, it has happened to me in cases where I stopped long enough to spend the skill points gained for a level up, exited the lobby, and then discovered that the exp, level, and skill points are all gone.
I've contacted Support about this. They've been able to give me a credit award, but not make up any of the lost experience. I have been told that I will get an email when there's a fix.
Potential work-around: Immanently exiting the game and Origin, then re-entering again, may be able to recover the lost awards. Discovered once, have not tested to reproduce the effect. Attempting to load any other interfaces, change characters, or enter other games appears to overwrite or lose whatever record the lost awards are recovered from.

Some times, I saw this problem 6-7 times money is not rewarded after game. Some times it happend if server was quit on the game scorring, some times it happend when all was fine, we won but no money added and I lost gained exp.
Also I faced with minuus points for skills one time. I made some changes for skills after one game, played one more, no money and exp added after it and when I entered into skill tree I saw -7 points! strange... Very strange bug.

This just happened to me too. Only instead of entering the store I exited the lobby and that's when I noticed my credits were missing.

PC players, BioWare knows about this issue. They're working on fixing it. If you notice the lost credits, check your N7HQ page. If it's showing more credits, then quit your game, and restart. You should have the credits.
