So, since latest Origin update I wasn't able to connect ME3 servers thus I can't play multiplayer.
I've decided to contact EA Technical Support. My problem is because that guy was freaking incompetent.

Seriously. Yes, I was pissed during this conversation and tbh I still am. Disabling my freaking game because of not working ME3 servers? GENIUS. GENIUS. Game is working on my account.. ( well, still can't connect to multiplayer ) but what the hell he was thinking..

I'm not even sure if DLCs will work in future. I mean, they're with my account and my game still can't authorize them and I'm little worried about that..

Oh my god. That is the worst tech support I've ever seen? Why would he take your game away and ask you to redeem a new code? How the hell would that help in any freaking way? Ridiculous.

That's what happens when you outsource your "costumer service" to third world countries that employ illiterate, script reading drones. I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same with the development of this game.

I have to admit, connectivity problems, constant "DLC verification", client crashes after opening any pack were reasons for me to quit MP, and this doesn't make me change my mind about things.
