Just now, after redeeming my Weekend Achivement, getting the Valkyrie and then buying a Premium and regular Spectre pack, my lvl 19 Turian ghost experienced a short lived refund of all Skill Points without actually resetting the skills.
Filling out some skills before noticing, he now has -6 skill points.
As far as I can tell no other character was affected.

well known glitch, unfortunately the only fix appears to be a promtion of the entire class. bioware does treat this a a bannable exploit. so I recommend promotion a.s.a.p.

Character was only lvl 19 so I spendt a remap on it. That will have to do.
