Hello!

I just got DA for Christmas and after the first several times trying to play it, my game would completely freeze within 5-15 minutes of starting (completely freeze in the sense that the screen freezes, all sound stops and I can't return to dash or turn off the console from the controller; it doesn't respond to anything). I tried about a half dozen times, then returned my copy of the game and exchanged it for a new one.

The new one seems to do it slightly less frequently, but still often enough to make the game unplayable. I don't think it's my 360 that is the problem; I'm able to play all of my other games just fine with no freezes, glitches, or anything like that. Ditto any DVDs I watch on it.

I've tried running the game from the disk and installing it and running it from the HD and it doesn't change anything. Is there anything I can do about this? I've been dying to play and it's getting pretty frustrating.
