Broguard solo vs Crab
Horrible.
I never liked nor found funny any of the clips on youtube where tormenting critters was central.
It's in poor taste. The crab can't even effectively fight back.
Prolly really stressed out aswell... enough stress in a tiny animal will cause permanent damage.
I don't like it...

I'm going to venture a guess that they were going to eat it... that was a really big blue crab! I've caught thousands of Blue Crabs in my life (born/raised on Chesapeake Bay)... they're freakin' ninjas, and mean as a snake. I have no pity on them... and they're super tasty.
Besides... it was just like a Batarian Vanguard vs a Crab... keep poking at it and eventually it'll getcha.

If you're going to eat it you don't torment or ''play'' with the catched crab or fish.
You kill it fast. Prolonging any animals suffering even if it'll be food is something I will personally punch somebodys lights the **** out.
Respect your food and the life said food came from.

Now I'm really glad I didn't watch that video.
Reality check boys... death isn't pretty, even the quick/painless variety. Stressed as it may have been... it was relatively painless.
Here's something you can feel sorry for... live bait. Take a Cigar Minnow/Sardine... put a giant hook right through his eyes, sling him in the water and drop him to the bottom... to be shredded by hungry predators... if he's lucky. Worse fate is when nothing hits the bait and it slowly dies going up and down up and down as the fisherman checks to bait... a blind, panicky, painful death.

Great. Now I'm feeling sad. Thank you very much.

I seriously did not need to know that.
Sanctity of life.
Basic thing.
Whether animal or human, same for both.

Don't let it get to ya... animals do far worse things to each other than humans, and on a more frequent basis. You ever seen the killer whales playing with the seals before they eat them? The Hyennas ripping apart the baby Elephant? National Geographic is like freakin' snuff sometimes...
Honestly... I actually cried when I saw the baby elephant video, and I'm an ex-commercial fisherman.
