Who cares? Why worry about cooldowns when you'll get a Charge in faster than they could possibly kill you?

If I had a choice, I'd also swap biotic charge for tech armor.

Then I'd take a cyclonic modular IV and a Shield booster V with me on every mission

I'd be a tank, even on platinum.
