First off, to which? I'm going to assume the Valkyrie, and you're wrong.  Reave is a trigger aswell as a primer.  Otherwise the Drell Adept wouldn't be able to do ****.

If you're talking about the Nova Guard, again, wrong.  AF would affect every thing right before you hit NOVA and blew everything up.
