I know that when you become a blood mage Wynne attacks you, but what does Leliana do? Does she do the same? Just wondering before i make the decision to do so or not.

Nobody attacks you for learning the blood mage specialization. What happens in the Fade stays in the Fade.
Unless you're talking about the Reaver specialization which involves defiling the Ashes. In which case yes, Wynne and Leliana will attack you for it if they are in your party. I believe if you hardened Leliana, you can intimidate her into staying on your side.
