Recently, as I've been playing multiplayer, the game has minimized to the task bar at random as if I've hit Alt+Tab, which I haven't done. It's very annoying, and when it happens in dangerous situations (like immediately following a Biotic Charge into a crowd), it causes some major problems.

Has anyone else had this issue? I apologize if this has been convered in these forums before - I didn't find a thread related.
