Asari adept with Carnifex. Stasis headshots are too satisfying, so are biotexplosions. Also any batarian for falcon punches, and krogan pain train for MRRAAWWWWW!

I love the in-your-face pace and durability of playing as a Vorcha, but I love the versatility of a lot of other characters, especially power-heavy classes like Engineers and Vanguards.
If you ask the opposite question, then my least favorite characters are the Soldiers by a mile, not as much overall flexibility.

There are so many characters now it's hard to say but I think my favorite is the Batarian soldier because Ballistic Blades with the exploding evolution is so fun. I also like the Justicar because she's so tanky she's more fun if there's another adept in the game to detonate with though. I also enjoy killing phantoms with the shadow. Both of the female Quarians are really fun and I particularly like the flaming turret. sometimes I like playing the slayer with the palm cannon thing and charge but it's hard for me to keep this character alive above silver.

Quarian Infiltator against the Geth. Sabotage causes some amusing killfeeds.
I played as a Novaguard today to get my challenge done and I'm telling ya that was a ball. Spamming Charge to Nova is really addicting and fun...
The most entertaining weapon is by far the Kishock Harpoon Gun. Hit an organic target with a nice shot and he goes FLYING... Sometimes even does a double backflip after getting hit. Very amusing, no?

I like rag-dolling enemies, so: (any) Krogan, ex-Cerb adept, vanguards, BE boomers.

Can't narrow it down to one, it depends a lot on my mood. Top 3 in no particular order, though the Fury is the most played:
Fury: AF on, run in there, explode all the things.
Kroguard: For Tuchanka, headbutt all the things.
Vorcha, either of them: Would you like your husk well done or extra crispy, sir?

This probably changes every week for me but right now I'm loving the Valkyrie.
Oh and the shadow truly makes me feel like a badass ninja just slicing and dicing everything in sight. And DAT BOOTY

Shadow infiltrator, run all over the map, "sync kill" everything in sight, silently scream when a teammate "helps" strip the shields off that centurion you are shadow striking to regain your shields.

'Funnest' isn't a word. Sorry, grammar-**** there... If I had to choose a top 5, then here they are:
1. Turian Havoc. (Dem Propulsion Pods/Dat Heavy Melee)
2. Turian Ghost. (Harrier or Saber with cloak/stims and let the massacre begin.)
3. N7 Slayer. (Charge+Sword Spam)
4. N7 Fury/Asari Valkryie. (Whichever you have, Biotic Explosions. Everywhere...)
5. Volus Engineer. (Ka-bewm. Pretty explosions...)

1) Asari Vanguard, as a Vanguard, not a stasis sniper. Love her. One Asari wrecking crew, surprisingly tough, nimble as all hell. Playing matador with Praetorians and Brutes never gets old.
2) Female Human infiltrator with a Claymore. No, it's not the ideal class, but I like it. Slap on an adrenaline mod, run all all over the place. If only I could consistently one-shot phantoms with her. Practice, padawan.
3) N7 Shadow: clean up crew. No engineer, phantom or any other non-boss mob is safe.
4) Turian Sentinel: old, slow and versatile. Bring the big iron, shock enemies while you unleash it, and if there's a biotic on the crew, help out there too.
5) Female Quarian Infiltrator: Sabotage is still pretty sweet, and I get a warm, slightly obscene feeling every time I kill some Cerberus bugger with their own turrets. And, hey, no reason to not have a good view while saving the galaxy.

I'm gonna have to say Geth Engineer.
With hunter mode and whatnot spec'd for damage, plus a Geth Pulse Rifle, you just tear through enemies.
The downside is that you fall down from a single tap.
