Based on my playstyle, I'd say I have the most fun as:

Female Quarian Engineer
Drell Vanguard
N7 Fury
Asari Justicar (offensive bubble)

I have other classes that I like to play but I wouldn't necessarily call them "fun." Like, I don't particularly enjoy spamming cryo explosions as an N7 Paladin but it is certainly effective and I do it when I want an easy game.

N7 Paladin, it's why I use it so much. I always play the class I have most fun with.

But yeah, Human Soldier and Human Vanguard are solid choices too.
