So recently after a spate of disconnects revolving around Gold matches, I attempted to rejoin a Gold match with my friend. After the abysmal load times i finally made it to the character select screen, only to find its wasn't my character select screen. My previous characters have been locked and I can now see characters that arn't even available yet; namely the Qaurian Marksman, Volus Protector and Geth Tropper among others. My weapons are also missing! If I try to access the store or idle for too long I get disconnected again.
I have yet to try another match yet and after numerous restarts and log-in attempts I'm unsure how to continue. Any help in regards to this matter would be appreciated.
Has any one else encountered this issue? Can anyone point me to a thread? Can support help me out?

This seems to have just happened to me. Same problem - I can see characters which are yet to be released but some of my characters read as being locked. Totally unusable.

Since the OP it seems to be on-and-off. I'm unsure as to what triggers it as well.
