the thing is with these score shots, how many of them started with 1 player readying up and completing 1-2 waves or more b4 anyone joins just to make it look like they actually did vastly outscore their teammates.... sorry but that is the first thing that pops into my head when i see these pics
Eh, it's not too hard to enter a match in wave 3 or 4 & finishing 1st by a lot. All the high scoring enemies don't start flooding the map till those waves anyway -- waves 1 & 2 don't really give you too much of a head start if you're solo'ing them...

So Slim you were basically soloing with 3 PUGs running around messing up the spawns and being idiots?
You could say that except they weren't really running around as much as standing where they started a wave and falling over dead within a minute. I think 1 person used 2 gels and 1 missile, another one used like 1 or 2 gels and 2 or 3 missiles on the wave 10 targets (they completely missed 1 of them, not sure if the used a second one, but I don't think they did).
The problem was that all 3 were spread across the map in different spots, as I attacked one spawn the other spawn would proceed to kill each of them one by one in no time at all.
Damn. I've played with groups like that. I really wonder why they bother playing Gold... it can't possibly be fun.
I doubt it was fun for anyone, two of them left as soon as the scoreboard popped up (I took a screenshot, but the quality of this laptop camera is terrible). One sent me a message on like wave 3ish saying "wow u know how to play ! o.o" (that was the exact message). I didn't have an issue with that one since I saw how new they were (N7 75 with a GPSMG 1 Slayer). I had decided before the game I was going to get us to extraction to get him what I could, but never again now.

For those who haven't seen Jay use the Hurricane GI... those PUGs did well to get the scores they did.
Hurricane GI + Jay = everything on the map dies instantly. On an open map like London against Cerb (lots of heads) those guys could've had a tea-party while Jay killed everything and they probably would've killed just as much as if they'd actually tried.
Edit: Wait he was using an AR... Harrier?
Not quite as OP but still almost impossible to actually get kills when he's trying to dominate with an infiltrator and any decent automatic weapon.
'Twas my PPR. It was level IV at the time and already tearing **** up

Can't you guys think of anything more interesting to post? I've seen great stuff before but scoreboards just bring it back down.

Correct. The game that I posted just before went really well. There were actually four of us but one got DC'd on wave 10, I think he was 2nd or 3rd. It wasn't that I was carrying, I just happened to do really well.Doc-Jek wrote...
Honestly, there being a sizable score gap between 1st and 2nd doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad PUG. A lot of the ones being posted have second place being like 60-80k, which isn't really that bad. The OP's game was really just the 2nd and 3rd players doing slightly below average, with OP picking up the slack from player 4. Player 4 was bad, the rest were fine for playing Gold.

This has been said many times already, and it still needs saying.
You finished the game in 20 minutes.
The problem was obviously you being too good and knowing what you are doing in Glacier.
As long as PUG finishes a gold game in less than 30 minutes, I am more than satisfied.
If there was real problem with the entire team, seeing 4 as whole, the game will almost always last longer than 30 minutes.

Not necessarily. I've had pretty terrible teammates and we still finished in a reasonable amount of time because we got lucky with the objectives. Long ago I had an 18:42 glacier run with useless teammates that bled out 1/3 of the way into each wave. I believe we had pizza, pizza, kill for the objectives. If it had been all disables we probably would have spent 25 minutes + and still failed.
