Doesn't matter. He will still lose to Garrus.

Liara won on this one, and with over 1,700 people voting. The people have spoken. Image IPB

On a somewhat hilarious side note, Jacob got a whopping 3 votes and Allers only got 4. And one of those 4 was probably Chobot.

Looks good to me. Obviously it hasn't been doctored with...like the one in this thread.

That is just one round. Haveing votes all over the place. This poll was broken down to get a more accurate vote on the favorites. With that happening when all the others have been removed more people like Miranda the Liara. Niether maybe their first choice but when all else have been eliminated it seems that Miranda is the favorite.

Tournament style polls are a bad format on rating anything, unless they are just being done as a kind of forum game and not being taken too seriously. But if you're looking to see what the fanbase's general opinion is, it is a bad format. The reason why it is a bad format is because people get multiple votes, which also allows them to down vote. The results are less accurate and the winner may not necessarily be the most popular

Lets say I create a tournament style series of polls on who was the best written squadmate. Someone who happens to think Miranda was the best written squadmate, votes for her in a head to head match up against Kaidan. Miranda ends up winning, and the next round is Tali vs Wrex. That person who already voted for Miranda, may hate Tali, and now votes for Wrex just to try and make sure that she doesn't win. Other people who hate Tali do the same thing. Are you really getting an accurate picture on whether or not Tali is more popular than Wrex?

Your example isn't what this poll is. This poll isn't head to head it's a multiple round free for all. So if you don't like tali you don't have to vote for wrex you can vote for someone else. However the top 3 finished in the same position in each round. MIranda took 1, Liara 2, Tali 3.
If you are a Talimancer or a LIaramancer you won't be happy with this poll because they lost. IF you like Miranda you will say this poll is accurate for one reason or another. I just find it funny how people say "Yea well this poll really doesn;t count because..." or "THis poll is better because... (Liara won)
