I have to agree with it being Alistair.
@ cfs3corsair, I didn't mean any offense. The multiplayer devs are good at responding to people. Definitely your best bet.

Actually I recently did a Mass Effect 2 and 3 playthrough and I never invited Kelly up to my room for dinner (staying loyal to Liara) and she still appeared in ME3 for me. Whenever she asked for time alone to talk, I chose the option right below the dinner one and she always answered "Sounds good, another time then," or something like that. She asked 2 or 3 times throughout the game and I kept choosing that option, so it's possible to just be friendly with her and not invite her up and she will be in ME3. At least she was for me.
Had to feed my own fish though ;(. You'd think me being the commander I can order to have that done while I'm out there fighting.

Wow I must have missed something. I told her I'd catch her (not embrace). But then she never did anything but check messages. Is there another trigger I missed when she is talking about Garrus or something? Or does the lunch thing only happen at a certain point in the game or...?

The only time I think it happens is after the Collector Ship mission. If you talk to her, she mentions how worried she was about you, and there's an investigate option that I believe leads to inviting her to dinner.

I am not going to include Kelly with anything special though (for now) since she is still one of these non-romances as far as the ending is concerned. Adding her to the wall might be possible but probably difficult. I'll have to check it out. Good idea though. If it can be done, it shall be done
As for the others, I know that pretty much all of them (escept Liara, damn, forgot about about Garrus in ME2, thanks wwinters99) can die before the beam run. The question is, will they still be shown as romances in the conditionals (i.e., if you look at your save with Gibbet, will they still be flagged)?
For now, I am implementing everything just with romance checks, not with death checks since - for DLC - we still cannot add new objects and every conditional check is one object that I have to 're-purpose" (god, I sound like ExoGeni Corp.) from another one. So the less objects I need, the better. If I don't need the death checks (i.e. if a romance is flagged, I already know that that character must be alive), that would be great. I hope it works out like this.
Still need those savegames for testing (see last page). Anyone who has one, pm me please. Doesn't really matter if it's not right at the end, it's just important that it doesn't require Omega or the fire-fight pack. Cheers!
Oh, one thing, I should probably say while v0.3 is progressing. Don't expect too many visual changes from this version. There will be a few tweaks here and there and some really nice additions (not necessarily made by me

the most important thing is, tha you ahev fun again. if 0.3 makes the mod more stable and fixes technical issues, it is impaortant ... more important than fluff.

If you have a profile with one of these which has a savegame right at the end (preferably a backed up Autosave from Anderson's death scene but if it's anywhere during "Citadel: The Return" that's fine as well), please send me a pm.
Oh, it's imortant though that the saves do not need Omega or the firefight DLC. I can't load the saves if they were created with these installed.

Oh yes, on the multiplayer banners: I have no idea how MEHEM should cause that kind of a glitch. I'd think there must be another reason for this because the modifications do get anywhere near any files that might be related to anything multiplayer. I mean, who knows, right? Anything is opssible but I don't see the connection.

Oh, good to know thanks. That is exactly the info I needed. Could you also tell me if the true love flags are set from the start of the game if e.g. you romanced Garrus in ME2 even if he is dead by the end?
Or is it set up so that all the true love conditionals are only set during ME3 itself? Because if it can already be set from the start (as a result of a savegame import from ME2), than you might actually have the situation where e.g. Jack's flag is set to true despite the fact that you never met her in ME3.
Sorry for asking all of this but I don't have enough different savegames to try this out and it would take me forever to get there myself. So if you know, I am grateful for any info.
