You got to love Eddings.  The Elenium and Tumuli are good but not quite as good as the Belgariad and Mallorean Series. Even though Sparhawk has to be one of the better protagonists.  ok I'm a geek.  lol

By the way to clarify my previous post, just in case it wasn't clear enough, I understand MEHEM is still a work in progress and huge strides are being made each update (Harbinger speaking during the beam run = all sorts of awesome).

I was just saying that if they decided to stop now, it would not be a bad thing because of what they have already done.  But by continuing they are making it even better which is fantastic.

Any of you guys going to puchase the Citadel DLC? My brother and I were talking about it earlier, he's going to wait and youtube it to see if its any good. We did that for Omega, glad we didn't purchase it. Although I mentioned to him this time around it contains more time with love interests, plus the MEHEM? Sounds like a winner to me. What do you guys think?

Since I consider Citadel to be "post-ending" content, thanks to MEHEM, yep. May not be day one if it interferes with MEHEM but I will buy it. My Shep needs his Jack! And Femshep has already put together a list of stuff she's going to buy for her and Liara's apartment. Sometimes I hate my Shepards.... :P

I bought Omega. Haven't finished it yet (Stupid backlog). But its entertaining so far.

I will probably get it, but not until after v0.3 comes out and it's confirmed the two will work together.

Without MEHEM, no DLC, not even Citadel, is worth getting.

Probably gonna get it (Never getting leviathan), but only if mehem is compatible. you know... considering mehem is the glue that keeps the series epic

I am getting the DLC regardless of MEHEM, but I can understand why some really need this mod to justify any type of DLC purchase. Which is why I still support, but don't use the MEHEM.

Gotta say though, I am excited to see what you have in-store with v0.3!

Well, I am getting the DLC on day 1 because I want to make sure MEHEM works with it :).
Won't play it until much later though probably. Full series playthroughs just take so much time.

Speaking of time: I had a horrible weekend. Still working on a really tough issue for v0.3. I think I have it figured out by now but there are still tests to be done tonight and there is still other stuff I want to get done before getting 0.3 out there. I hope I'll be done before the weekend but no promises. It's all depending on how the testing goes. (the main problem is that testing the memorial scene takes almost 20 minutes per test. Gotta sit through all the cutscenes first). Sorry about that potential delay but it won't help anyone if the mod doesn't work reliably.

I am not even sure if there ever will be a v1.0. I mainly called the first version 0.1 because it wasn't quite what I wanted it to be yet and that seemed like a reasonable thing to call it. I have plans for 0.4 and maybe for 0.5. After that, no plans yet. Always open for good ideas though, so let's see. Maybe something will come up.


So, keep the fingers crossed for the bug fixing process.
Oh and if someone has a no-romance save near the end without Origin or the firefight pack, I could use one.

My God. I had no knowledge of this mod's existence and lived in utter depression with regards to the ME3 ending.

Until now.

I can now actually play ME3 without ****ting myself in rage remembering that nothing I do matters. Now it does.

You just made this game have replay value for me. Amazing.

As if you didn't already have a big enough ego from all the TOTALLY DESERVED kudos you're getting, here's this. I played the trilogy on xbox, and not joking, the ending soured me to video games/storytelling for a good long while. Trust is a funny thing like that, and i've never made apologies for being a total goodie two shoes who loves the happy endings lol But i didnt know about your mod until I was just doing some research on the citadel dlc....and now I'm rebuying the games on PC and replaying simply because of your efforts here. So even tho it doesn't come close to saying enough, I say THANK YOU!!

Don't worry about a delay.  As far as I'm concerned, MEHEM is worth more than any DLC.

Heck even MEHEM v0.1 was worth more than all the DLC of ME3.

I'm going to get Citadel DLC, mainly 'cause I wanna see if there's some nice vids I can use...

not sure if I'm even going to play it right away... (though I am used to dissappointment when it comes to Mass Effect)

Hmm, why not? It reminds of the ME1 visions, it's creepy as hell and makes more sence than Shepard being haunted by just one of the tons of civilians he wasn't capable of save.

Definitely an interesting idea... The dream sequences in ME3 dont bug me too much since MEHEM got rid of star kid, but this idea here works too...

Well, first off, I am happy to report that testing yesterday went pretty well. still quite a few things on the work bench though.

Also, just to clarify (because I just read a rather misleading comment on youtube): As I said before, while v0.3 now has unique scenes for Jack and Miranda, they will still not be in the memorial scene. Importing their meshes and textures would just require too many new objects and I cannot fit all those in the DLC and keep it authorised. Even if it were possible, it would probably take me about a year to make the changes (at the moment, I'd have a hard time to know where to start in the first place). I did some stuff with the bink videos for them but that's it. Please, don't expect them to suddenly show up in the memorial.

@XxKarivexX: That's an interesting idea. I thought a few times if we could use that scene somewhere and the dreams would be a great place for it. It would mean inserting a bink video where no one is at the moment but since it's not in the DLC, it should be possible and inserting binks is not as hard as inserting characters. It would be a seperate project though, compatable but distinct from MEHEM. I wouldn't get around to work on it until after v0.4 I guess but if anyone wants to give it a go already, check out my sequence modding tutorial. That should give a good starting point. I'd also be happy to help out with questions. :)

Yeah,. if the dream sequences were to be swapped out, this or the original Prothean beacon warning would be ideal.

I like that sequence and agree with everybody that it would make more sense for shepard to see those warnings since the prothean beacon basically burned them into his mind. Would be awesome to see them swapped. ;)

@MrFob: Glad testing has gone well, just a quick dumb question. Since Miranda and Jack won't be in the memorial scene, would would happen if we romanced them in game? Who would shepard hug during that sequence?

Lastly, thought I share this in case nobody has seen it yet. My brother emailed me this morning, the trailer to the citadel DLC. Have to admit, looks very good, I know Wavion is going to get a kick out of the Jack scene. ;) Still trying to wrap my head around Shepard having some R&R while the reapers destroy everything, but we'll see. ;)

Having played ME3 again yesterday and the day before, the kid-dreams bugged me, particularly after being in bed with Liara. So yes, I'd love it to be swapped with that Arrival sequence instead.

Also, I mentioned this before, but was the old man / kid scene after the credits supposed to be removed after installing MEHEM? Because I still got it. Everything else worked perfectly fine, but that scene was still there at the very end (occurs after the credits).
