About the DA fire, my original idea was an energy blast from the center of the oval, already implemented on the first demo video I did. Need fixin'
I will move to another house at the end of this month, so I will be quite busy for some days. At some moment I probably requiere additional voices for a concrete (and I expect, very dramatic and epic) scene. These voices will be intended as radio chat ship-to-ship.
Is quite far to be ready rigth now, but the effect looks promising.
By the way, can someone take a look to see where I can take some video scenes from casual shep closeup with a "ship" background?
I mean, something like this, but without the shoulder.

The idea is to record some scenes with the admiral suit in order to see characters on the video as well. Perhaps get a hat using this
(1:04) to make an officer or two... for the ships.
What do you think? Someone knows a ME3 scene for doing that?

Well, I think we can cut the superior part of the DA, but I've not even opened an editor to see how to make this. Not saying I can't, if I have the time after all the work is done, I will change it myself, is only to re-export textures and the mesh and reimport them. With the UDK, we can just rename the model and the scene will be the same.

First, if you need any voice actors, I would be happy to volunteer. I mean, I dont think I sound like Shep or the squadmates, but if you need some general voice acting to fill in for a random officer or captain or something, id be happy to help where i could there. PM if you think i could be useful
Hmmm if I come up with any scene from ME3 I will let you know... though without the shoulder thing could be... difficult.
As for the DA, most I could recommend on that is using blendr or something. Import model, edit, than export. Much easier said than done though. You probably have something better than that route already to be honest
Lastly... no pressure dont get me wrong, but if fob says this is gonna be awesome, frankly I dont think anyone will ever look at your work and think "ugh"
EDIT: Im a male voice from western Canada. As far as I know, nothing extremely special in terms of accent, except it may or may not sound just slightly more british than our American friends

Of course, in fact, we would need a quarian female voice (fleet officer) and two asari ones for the DA crew.

But that's no problem, I have spanish accent as well. Is even logic, if we are part of the whole fleet, there will be people with different accents even in a world where the language is the same.
In my country, you can perfectly know from where is a person only talking 5 minutes with him/her. People from Andalucía have a completely different accent than people from Galicia

1: did you right click on the mass effect 3 cover on origin and click repair? Good thing to do
2: did you actually right click on the ME3 cover and click game details, then right click on the specific leviathan DLC? Thats really important. A lot of people confuse idea 1 and 2
Frankly I would do both then reinstall. There could be something in the game files itself that is linked to leviathan...

oh yeah .. its the same with us germans ... you can say where the other one comes from very quickly as well. hamburg, bremen, berlin, bavaria, stuttgart ... we all sound very different.

Wow, I wasn't expecting scenes of this quality. I thought it would be a slideshow of some kind. Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing the space battle.
I'd like to put my name forward for some voice acting. No guarantee that I'll be any good (especially compared to the cast of Mass Effect) but I'd like to know that I at least tried.

Wow, that looks amazing! Like wwinters99 said, wasn't expecting that high caliber quality. Now seriously can't wait for the end product, gonna be epic. Just a thought, but if you are using a modded scene... might it not be easier to swap out cortez's mesh with a generic alliance soldier or something? Just my thoughts there

1. Is very similar to what cfs3corsair said. Make sure you ahve a really clean install of the gmae, the EC and Leviathan (although from what you are writing, you already got that).
2. If nothing else helps, you can try a manual install (see the link to the file archive in the OP of this thread).
Or wait for wavion, maybe he can help.
@zombieord: Sorry, I am pretty busy with my normal job at the moment so I didn't get much time to do anything and while these changes are not a big problem, they do require time and tests. I still got it in mind though and I'll post here as soon as I get around to test it.
@IHJ: Nice, reminds me of the new scene in MEHEM v0.3 with the Alliance soldier.
@Dr_Extrem: Does this mean we need Frankonians for the SSV Nuremberg? I might be able to manage that.
