MEHEM v0.4 just went online.At least I hope it did. Still not quite sure about all this authorisation business with moddb. I'll wait for a conformed download report.
EDIT: Ha, it seems that noone but me can download this file until it's authorised by moddb. They are a little paranoid, aren't they? Well, the last time this took just a couple of hours so I hope it'll be visible for everyone soon. My apologies for the delay!

New features:
- MEHEM now features 2 very different endings. Which one you will see depends on you EMS score
- The high EMS ending has been improved with new custom made videos, created by Mr Fob and SlipperyHammer
- Upon installation of MEHEM v0.4, you can now choose between the old v0.3 soundtrack and an entirely new and original soundtrack, composed and provided by sH0tgUn jUliA
- The slides for Mirand and Jack will now show during the epilogue, with Miranda having a new slide, provided by Poly Morph
- Miranda's and Jack's final moment after the memorial scene has been remade
- You will now get a couple of additional emails throughout the game*, courtesy of frypan, as well as an additional action the SPECTRE terminal on the Citadel
- Adjusted the credits to account for all the people who came in to help on the project
- There is one more secret addition. If you find something unexpected while playing, report it on the forums.

*) Most of the emails will automatically be added to your terminal all at once if you load a save just before "Priority: Earth" (if your Shepard meets the conditions for getting them). However, it is recommended to play through the game to get them at the proper time. Also, there is one email which you will only get when playing from the beginning.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed some minor timing issues during the high EMS endings
- Fixed a bug that could dump the player in the worn memorial scene under certain circumstances
- Fixed the occasional overlapping of Traynor's model with Ash/Kaidan during the non-hugging memorial scene
I hope you will all enjoy v0.4. I certainly enjoyed making it (and learned a lot during the process).
So, only one question remains: What's next?
Well, first of all, since MEHEM now takes a lot of variables into account the potential for bugs has also increased. If you encounter problems, which are not accounted for in the FAQs that are posted in the OP of this thread, please post them here. I had a limited number of saves (and hours) to test all of this, so it's entirely possible I missed something.
One major update in the works at the moment is IronHandJustice's "Harbinger" project, which we'll now try to integrate into MEHEM v0.4 and hopefully we can release it as an add-in shortly.
Also, there is Deager's Citadel Epilogue Mod, which fits very well with MEHEM and I want to see if it is possible to get the player directly from the ending into that Citadel party. I am not yet certain this is even possible. In any case, if you like MEHEM, definitely check out the mod, don't wait for whatever I may or may not come up with.
Otherwise, I do have some plans for improvements in v0.5. For example, there are some animations in the new videos which could use some improvement. Also, the final Normandy flyby is still kind of a work in progress and I may try to improve that as well. There are a few other more major changes I have in mind but it's too early to talk about them.
But while IHJ's Harbinger project is not too far away, I probably won't get to work on v0.5 until the beginning of next year, so if you were waiting for an opportunity (or excuse) to start another playthrough, this is it (unless you want to wait for Harby of course).
