I watched the one with Jack, and I feel satisfied, because she is no longer just looking up to an empty sky; the "action" music definitely needs to be changed, but other than that I love it. I feel like much of the replay value has been restored.

All in all This has to be one of the first mods that actually felt like a part of the universe. As for myself. I enjoyed it but I will stick to the original Destroy ending. Because even if the original and EC endings were bad I am if nothing an optimist and think that Bioware has something up they're collective sleeves that they are not letting us know yet. I know false hope etc etc... But hey what can I say I don't think anybody wants ruin the universe they created just so they could use the word artistic integrity. So lets see what the future brings shall we.
And yet again my hat goes off to Mr Fob and all others that took part in this mod you people are dedicated and awesome.
Ps: My apologies on the spelling and linguistic mistakes. English isn't my first language.

Ok, this is a stupid question. I've not yet installed the latest version of MEHEM but watched the videos. To do the install, I have to revert to the vanilla ME3 game is that correct? I cannot install this over a previous MEHEM install, right?
Right, just run the uninstaller and then install the new one. And the new uninstaller should work for uninstalling v0.3.

Ha, finally got it to work. I tried uninstalling and it said MEHEM was not installed, tried repairing it through Origin and it said all files were up to date, but it was a MEHEM ending. Finally I had to just go ahead and rename BIOGAMES to say it was a copy, have Origin fix the install, and then installed the new MEHEM and it works fine. I love this ending-did the high EMS as suggested and loved the emails-long live Emily Wong. Only thing I now need to do is clean up Shepard's face, but I remember there being posts about that. And do a full playthrough with MEHEM and the CEM installed. So happy with this.

At what point should I start getting these emails?
I'm not asking what's in them, of course, just when I should expect them
As a point of reference, I am currently on Sur'Kesh.
Yeah, I'm impatient, I haven't had as much time to play as I'd like lately. Don't judge

I simply ran the mehem v0.3 uninstaller, then the mehem 0.4 installer. Then the CEM 0.2a uninstaller then the CEM 0.3 installer. No issues.
Completed the game. Enjoyed the new MEHEM ending then went on to do the citadel mod as a post game DLC. A role in which it fit very well. Enjoyed it all very much. I can suspend my disbelief enough to pretend I didn't have to run the DLC from a save point before the Illusive man base.
Very satisfying.

@iakus: I actually don't quite remember myself when exactly I set up the emails. I think you should expect the first one after Sur'Kash though. I tied them all to the main missions so expect new emails to come in after important missions like Tuchanka, the Citadel Coup and Rannoch.
There is one issue I just realized myself. If you start a new playthrough, something is wrong with the very first email. You should get one right after the first dream sequence (the first time you can actually look at your emails. But it seems this doesn't work correctly. Even worse, for some really strange reason, your DLC armor and weapons (e.g. the collector's edition stuff) may not trigger correctly. This only happens if you start a new game. So I recommend to install MEHEM only AFTER you read your emails for the first time.
If you are already past this point, there are two solutions to this currently:
1. Use Gibbet to unlock these armors and weapons
2. Uninstall MEHEM with the uninstaller, load your save, check your mails (the stuff should now show up). Save again. re-install MEHEM. (as far as I can tell, it shouldn't matter where in the game you are, you can do it at any time nd the emails should just show up).
I am sorry for this issue. I didn't realize this until yesterday and we haven't quite figured out the cause yet either. I will try to fix this ASAP but it may take a while.

I do not recall having any trouble with email after the first dream sequence (the one after Shepard's first trip to the Citadel and received the Palaven mission)

Haven't tried putting on any DLC armor, but my Reckoner Knight suit shows up fine in my armory.

However, let's say you start a new game/plus while logged online, make a save file on Mars, go offline in Origin, and then load the save you just made, then all the emails will then appear as they normally should when you first arrive on the Normandy.

Hi MrFob! Thanks again for 0.4 ;D
Just a quick reply about something here, trying to say it without any big spoilersYou know the Gianna Parasini thing... After I did that, I can't seem to quick save. I mean, I have a habit of pressing F5 to quicksave every now and then to make sure I don't lose any progress should anything happen. For some reason F5 is not doing anything now, and I'm pretty sure that was after the Gianna Parasini thing. Could you or anyone else here please also test this out ? If it's just me, then ignore this post ;D I can live fine without F5 because normal saving is working as usual, but wanted to make a reply as well in case it was a bug I have discovered.
You're talking about the mail, I guess?
Just loaded the auto-save that's created prior to Cronos after finishing the game - not sure if that's any bearing on it - and I did not encounter that bug after accessing the mail.
Heya! No, not the mail itself. It's after you've visited the spectre terminal at the Citadel, following up the Gianna mail.
EDIT: Thanks for reply MrFob. Yes, that's what I was talking about. Thanks for testing it, then it must be something on my end
Been testing this while playing, and it seems the quick save works. It's just the quick save icon/text in the bottom left corner which is missing. It's like when you try to quicksave a game in a place where you are not allowed to save. The text/icon is there when the game autosaves during scenes, but not when I press F5 even if the quicksave works. Anyway, just throwing this up for reference in case someone else bumps into it. Just hit up the introduction to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy : DON'T PANIC

I loved the moment where the chanting in the suicide theme music queues when it shows the galaxy map and the beam travelling from relay to relay. Also the custom slides and scenes especially were just amazing and I really felt that this was more than just a simple update. This version carried with it a new brand of quality and standards you'd except to see in an official BioWare alternate ending. You guys have taken a lot of time with this and with that time came pride in what you have done. I just want you to know that the pride you have in your work shines through in this finished product. I love you guys and I'll never forget how the passion for a franchise and the compassion of people in general, came together to shape this wonderful and truly bitter-sweet ending. Time to make room for a ME trilogy playthrough in my upcoming schedule : )
Yay! I can play my favourite game series again! =D

I just completed my ending after updating to 0.4. and using ME3Explorer to have a fully healed Shepard at the memorial scene. Worked perfectly! A standing ovation Mr.Fob and everyone else involved in the project! Great evolution of this mod. I can't wait to see what 0.5 will be like.
Really? Can you explain me how to do that? I'm familiar with the ME3Explorer and I would love to have Shepard's face fully healed, it makes more sense to me and it would make MEHEM simply perfect (in fact I think it's the only detail that I don't like, everything else is perfect for me).

Recently Chashan made the link to this, which I think is what you want. And no, I'd never blame anyone for not looking through 239 pages for this stuff.

Oh, and about having Shepard all healed at the memorial wall? Not completely healed...I'd doubt he/she would still have blood streaking out of their nose...but how about some bruising still visible?
Lastly, let me just add my appreciation and love for this mod. Thank you Mr.Fob, and your team, for giving ME3 an ending that 'fits'. I know there are a lot of gamers out there that simply don't like the whole notion of a 'deus ex machina' ending. That BIG WEAPON that makes everything right, gives the 'good guys' the win while destroying everything else. But after the time and investment that, for myself, spent in this game, and getting to know my Shepard...and his and her friendships/loves with his/her crew....you gave me the ending that I was so hoping for from BioWare. Thank you 1000 times over.....Thank you! Looking forward to any future updates you might add for this as well.

This came up a few pages back but basically the bruised and bloody OR completely healed seems to be the only option. MrFob has tried to keep the bruising but get rid of the blood but it's not a simple texture replacement and so far he can't figure that one out....yet.
