I have yet to save Kelly.  I don't want to accidently pick her up so to speak, but I'd like to see she isn't squashed in ME3.

Just pick the "I'd catch you" rather than "I'd embrace you" in that one conversation and you're on the friendship track.  There's no romance, it's only a friendly dinner in ME2 (You only get a friendly hug from her in ME3, and even then only if you take the paragon interrupt) and you get your fish back.

even if you only do dinner with her and don't do the paragon interrupt in me3, isn't the conversation in me3 still rather flirty?

Dunno.  She starts saying "I could just give you a big hug"  and I hug her.  It never goes beyond that.  The dialogue is friendly, but not not flirty for me.

I 'romance' Kelly in ME2 because she doesn't count as a love interest when you import into 3.

At least Liara has never said anything about my special night with Kelly.

Is an integrated non-independent addin for MEHEM. The objective was giving Harby the ending it deserved. With lots of victims, badassery and epicism.

Why the hell the Reaper Overlord just take off and we never see it again? For me is something that make me say: "what the f***? Is JUST going away? Why on half-destroyed earth it did that?"

Was something that even Bioware mentioned as "would be cool if we heard of Harby again". And we didn't, so I get angry and started this xD

@Blad3Zer0

Well, calling me "mastermind" is saying too much xD

I developed the scenes on UDK, yes, but the concept idea was borrowed. The secondary objective of this addin was to show your war assets properly, with dedicated scenes of allied ships.

I want to say, that the project is the result of the work of a bunch of people, including MrFob, Deager, Cfs3Corsair, CommandBenX, BDelacroix, and a long list that you will see on the credits =)

Without their collaboration, this would have been impossible.

Please don't hype it, and be patient, please ;)

I meant no offense; I realize others contributed to your project. I only used the word 'mastermind' jokingly. And fear not, for something the likes of what you're doing, I can be plenty patient.

It paid off for MEHEM 0.4, after all.

No,no, i wasn't offended :pinched:

Sorry if I brought you to confusion. I suppose my english is not good enough to catch some language edges.

No offense at all, was a clarification :)

I just completed my ending after updating to 0.4. and using ME3Explorer to have a fully healed Shepard at the memorial scene. Worked perfectly! A standing ovation Mr.Fob and everyone else involved in the project! Great evolution of this mod. I can't wait to see what 0.5 will be like.

Really? Can you explain me how to do that? I'm familiar with the ME3Explorer and I would love to have Shepard's face fully healed, it makes more sense to me and it would make MEHEM simply perfect (in fact I think it's the only detail that I don't like, everything else is perfect for me).

Recently Chashan made the link to this, which I think is what you want. And no, I'd never blame anyone for not looking through 239 pages for this stuff.

Thank you!

I've been following this thread regularly from the beginning, but yes, with 241 pages I have obviously missed a lot.

Thanks again, I'm gonna try these changes when I start another playthrough.

Hi,
Quick question, I am about to start the end game with MEHEM installed and I just wanted to make sure, were the EMS requirements changed?

Sorry if it's in these 240 pages and I missed it.

Thanks!

The high/mid/low EMS thresholds ought to be the same as in EC, so no changes there, as Fob pointed out himself it wasn't quite possible to edit these. As of now, mid EMS hasn't got a distinctive outcome yet, but Fob's considering something here for the next version:

MrFob wrote...

In fact, I want to implement a mid-EMS ending in v0.5 if possible (based on the original low EMS destroy) because I think that options, even if unused are the corner stone of any choice and concequence game.

Sounds splendid, far as I am concerned, and would bring things full circle far as outcomes go.

So long as it isn't unduly hard to get the needed EMS to get a good ending...I don't see myself doing much online MP gaming in the future and would rather not have to do EVERY tedious throw-away side mission either.

At the moment, getting a "good ending" only requires a fairly complete SP playthru. And maybe a halfway decent import.

Might not even need that with some of the DLC.

Glad you like the emails I auks. I thought frypan did a great job with capturing the characters. When I am back from my trip, I can post them on the ME3Explorer forums (which has spoiler tags, wink wink nudge nudge BW :)) and link them here.

EDIT: oh by the way, I know it's completely off topic but I can't help myself., I just had the opportunity to test an Occulus Rift. Holy crap that thing is brilliant. They wired this one up so you could actually walk with it inside the virtual environment. Genius!

Okay I know I'm late to the party about version 0.4 but I just finished my trilogy playthrough and just have to say....wow! The feeling I received while watching the ending I really can't put into words. The new videos are mind-blowing. I loved how you guys redid certain cutscenes, I don't want to say my favorite ones since I don't want to spoil anybody's playthrough, but really awesome work! ;)  And whoever did the voice for the shuttle soldier, the voice was perfect. Not trying to discount the other voice actors, you guys are awesome, just saying that the voice really fit. Nice job man! ;)

Definitely, the emails really add so much to the game. There were a couple where I thought they really were actually part of the game, and when I was reading them I kept thinking, I don't remember this one. I really enjoyed reading them, the author captured, very well I might add, the characters from whom the emails are from. Very well written. Trust me iakus, the emails only keep getting better. I loved the last one, won't spoil anything, just don't forget to check your email close to the end. ;)

Seeing as how Mr.Fob is gone for a couple of weeks (for some well deserved R&R), I'll hold off on a couple of ideas I had while playing through the trilogy. But thank you everybody once again for all your hard work, I couldn't play this series without what you guys have accomplished. Little late but Happy N7 Day! :)

Hey McBlade, glad you enjoyed it. I think by now you don't have to worry about spoilers so much anymore. Funny how you wrote almost the same as I about the mails. :)

But my trip is unfortunately not R&R but work related (still heaps of fun though).

The VO of the shuttle pilot was done by CommanderBenX by the way. You should hear him when he does Harbinger. ;)

Also, if you have ideas, don't hold back. Not sure how regularly I'll get around to reading the thread but I will back read and answer. Might just take a while.

Oh hey Mr.Fob, I just read an earlier post from a few days ago saying you were going to be gone, I just assumed that you were gone already. ;) Well, the idea is something I noticed while playing through Mass Effect 2. I still see people commenting about MEHEM on youtube that they still feel its immersion breaking when Shepard says "Is that you Joker" at the end. Granted, nothing short of Mark Meer revoicing this line will fix it, and honestly, I'm good with it but at the end of ME2 I noticed something. I'll post the link to the video of the ending that someone else made.

At 0.40, when Joker is calling Shepard and Shepard answers with "I'm here Joker....", he does sound a little deflated and out of breath, just a bit. I was wondering what do you think of replacing the "Is that you Joker" with this line? Taking the sound file and just cutting it down to where all he says is this one thing? Again, just something I caught and made a mental note to bring up. ;)

Yes, another convert. Next year when the consumer version comes out (they are shooting for 3rd/4th quarter of 2014), gaming will never be the same.

Been playing Mass Effect 1 & 2 with an Oculus Rift using Tridef 3rd party drivers for the last few weeks. Imagine walking around the Citadel, the Collector ship, & the Collector base... or doing a Vanguard charge.

Mass Effect 3 has some graphic glitches with Tridef at the moment so I only briefly tried a few places.

Hey McBlade I'm glad you enjoyed my vocal talents. I'm a huge Bioware and Mass Effect fan and It has been a honor working with great people such as MrFob and his excellent team. I put a lot of hard work, time, and multiple retakes into getting the Voice Overs just right. I really enjoy voice acting and I hope I can provide my vocal talents for more projects including future MEHEM Releases.

Just finished a complete new playthrough with the main ending for ME3. I mean, like in the last 5 minutes. I had to come here and thank you MrFob and all the others for a fantastic job well done!
The emails fitted in perfectly and I was so pleased to hear from old friends and know they were well. Sad still for my Quarian friend, but a better ending by far.
The new sections with new voice acting were pretty damned almost seamless. Only knowing they hadn't been there before alerted me to them being new. Kudos to the story line writers, voice actors, video cutters - in fact all of you and MrFob too! Thank you for saving the end of the game for me. :)
You all did a wonderful job - kinda like Shep and her crew, you are! You beat the Reapers, guys! Thank you!

PS Your new Original soundtrack was excellent, Shotgun Julia. Was it an original composition?

My computer room (or house) isn't big enough to support me walking around, plus I'd step on a dog or trip on a chair or faceplant on the stairs. My walkabouts will have to be done sitting in place:whistle:.  I'm looking forward to an OR. Right now I use a 3d monitor and polarized (passive) glasses. It's OK but not to the point of it being "must have". The OR looks to be a "must have".
