Also, as for the Garrus issue, I'd personally be ok with swapping him and Shep so he places the plaque.  It's sort of weird, but IMO it's better than the clipping and distorted facial animations.  Then again, that's just my opinion.

Awesome work MrFob! I hope you will continue to keep up the work on this until all DLC for ME3 is out though, in the eventuality that some of it may add small things to the ending like Leviathan did.

I do plan on downloading this eventually, but will probably wait until you get all of the issues worked out and all DLC is released. This page is bookmarked, however!

Alright so i beat the game again, this time with at least 1750 ems. The cutscenes played out as they should've, without Earth getting too devestated. However the cutscenes showing the Krogan and Asari celebrating, did not play. I assume that's because my EMS was still pretty low. The monologue done by Hackett is shown in this ending, and the memorial scene does play out.

So there ya go, hope that helps everyone.

I'm gonna get ME2 and start my "real" playthrough. Thanks again Fob! Looking forward to further polishing/updates of the mod.

I just played through the latest verison with the Leviathan fix and it worked exactly as advertised.

First of all, thank you so, so much for your on this Fob.  I'm so giddy to have an ending that finally feels like Mass Effect and feels complete.  Getting to see my Shepard hug Liara at the end was wonderful.

But this whole mess is still hard to swallow.  8 months later I'm still trying to understand just why Bioware chose to end ME in the manner they did.  And as cathartic as this mod is, my confusions and feelings are still there.  However I am ranting and going off topic here.

This is an absolutely wonderful you have given the community Fob and I am sincerely thankful for it.

I wish they (BW) could see Mass effect 3 like we do, it's beautiful. 

I had several runs just waiting to be finished. Today, I finished two of them. Finally got all the achievement medals except for Leviathan ones. I'll get those tomorrow. Thanks to MrFob, I'm finding joy in this game again.

I had a run where I stalled out in ME2 and was literally cruising around the galaxy for stuff to scan, burning my credits because I didn't want to import into ME3.  That character is now happily cruising around Menae with best bud Garrus for great buttkicking goodness.

@Nrieh: Not quite sure what "no-EVACNAOOO" is referring to. If you are talking about Gulliver"s Jungle planet crash, that scene is cut. The Normandy remains in space.

I mean beam run Normandy Evac scene. Thу only way such thing could happen to myShep - is a posttraumatic stress nightmare, followed by waking up in a medbay with Alenko at her side...

It breaks each and every character, as well as huge chunk of lore and common sense. I'd really-really love to get rid of this one. So I was asking whether you removed it, or left as it was.

ps: yeah, I know some like it for one more ILY with Shep's LI, but I'd rather have London as final goodby. It was well written, and there's hardly anything one can add to it. Not to mention that this scene exists no matter if you have your LI in last squad and it's inevitable...so...calling Normandy, the top best fregate, down to patch EDI, James or Javik?...Really?..

 That one got me laughing quite hard. You do not want to know how often I saw that particular scene during testing.


@Nrieh: I do agree for the most part. The evac scene has me cringing every time. Not because of the Normandy, but because Shep calls her in the first place. However, it's not being taken out. I do think it's probably a minor adjustment only though. hen my tutorial on the ME3Explorer forums is finished, anyone should be able to make that change. If I ever make it for myself, I'll send you a copy of the file .

Well, for me the highest emotional point was London goodbys. Evac can by no means beat it, and as I said before - it was added just to bring some sense into final squad leaving Normandy on the jungle planet. Instead of simply removing one BS they added some more BS to "fix" it. Probably, that's one of my bigest issues with EC.

I understand your reasons for not including "no-beam-evac" into main MEHEM, but if you ever decide to make a small stand-alone fix - I'm sure I won't be the only one greatful person around BSN. Probably, this scene could be "fixed" with some kind of altered dialogues - but that's very unlikely. The very idea of bringing down Normandy at this time and place just....seems hell wrong, from any possible point of view.

Only gave a short glance at the thread and saw the videos, and I gotta say that as of now I love MrFob.Will read it all and see al videos.

Sladly I play on the 360, so no installs to me, but credit must be given where it is due. This early version shows much promise for the future.

Obviously, the mod isn't done yet. Some stuff might get changed up to the point you even need to create some additional BINK CGI bits. Maybe you should gather some support for those scenes since they're difficult to make, but the space combat scenes are more easier than some with actors. In that case I'd recommend you to ask the guys who did new GIFs with their favorite LIs since they showed some skill already and should be able to do that job. You simply might need some facial shoots of Joker - you used at least one vid that showed Shepard's N7 armor, which needs to be removed in the final version.

So far, it's great work and gives those who asked for a happy ending what they wanted.

BIGGEST accomplishement in my eyes is, if BW accepts your version and congratulates you for your work, regardless if you dismissed their own vision of the endings.
