I added a note for running MEHEM with texture mods to the OP and I am also updating the FAQ to be more clear on the matter.

So to be honest I had kind of forgotten about this mod in general. I figured it was an excellent attempt to correct a lot of what was wrong with the ending for more paragon minded players but it kind of felt a bit rough around the edges, which should have been expected given its still not at version 1.0 yet. However I randomly started playing ME3 again on a Renegade playthrough and just for the hell of it and went searching for a human Edi mod on Nexus Mods when I look at the top files and there is MEHEM.
Out of curiousity I click on it and see that the last update is from April 14, 2014 so I figure okay might as well look at it on YouTube see where its at (ending sentence with a preposition FTW). Wach v0.4 on YouTube and I couldn't believe how far its come. The fact that Fob and company could mod the cutscenes to the point where you could easily pass it off as something Bioware did is just incredible. This has gone from A+++++ for effort to making me want to play the trilogy again.
If I didn't know any better I would say the people who do the fight scenes for the more recent seasons of Red vs Blue were working on this.
I honestly think its perfectly fine where in its current state but I imagine theres still more plans for MEHEM so with that said keep up the amazing work.

I have a silly question.
Is it possible to only add the Harbinger taunts to the ending sequence?

Yup. Not much going on at the moment. But I have a question for Fob or anyone. This question was posted on a thread regarding a German translation of MEHEM.
Yes there was already a partial german translation but it wasn't complete. Fob wanted to make a guide for translators anyway. That would be very nice since I'm a translator and would be willing to do the job if noone else would do. But I must know what to do.
Fob or anybody; instructions out there? I gather from people looking into translating CEM that the numbers may not line up in the tlk files. If that's true....sounds like a nightmare task.

well I think the idea would be simply to take the tlk (and the tlks of each used DLC) after MEHEM got installed and translate it 1:1, then put it back. (tlk tools are included in me3ex)

I too would be very interested in adding the Harbinger taunts without the rest of the ending mod. I miss Harby...

Have to say it's a brilliant work, though to be honest it doesn't work for some of my shepards I've created, namely the renegades. Even though destroy was the best I often chose Control since one of my shepards was similar to TIM. Abliet, I still installed it and enjoyed it very much, plus with CEM it makes ME3 what I wanted..
However, you said that the music used in the original didn't fit the tone of the scene and you were looking for something else, so I was wondering if you might want to use this (Arrival to Earth from Transformers) as a substitute and adapt it, probably from start to about 3:00 in, maybe the whole piece if you can split it right:
I don't know if you're subject to copy-rights at that point. If so, is there a tutorial or instruction on how to edit the video's audio myself so I can use this music piece? IMO it fits perfectly in a form of action while still retaining some of the original's feeling, and this specific piece is awesome.
EDIT: I timed this myself between this video and a video from the high ems ending --> from when the crucible first started firing to when it went back to the normandy's galaxy map, and the timing worked out awesomely.
I can suggest other pieces since I know some good music pieces myself.
Anyway, keep up the good work. I'm glad to see someone do this and do it right, though one additional question: When shepard is crawling up to the panel before collapsing, he says the "I don't see the... Joker, go!"... Could you maybe reduce it to just Joker go? It's kind of an awkward and obvious transition between the two lines, but that's just an immersion issue for me ![]()
Thanks.

Is this mod still being worked on? Great mod I must say, a big thank you to all that contributed to it.
I have postponed a replay of ME3 for a very long time as I couldn't stand the ending. This mod might just give me enough reason to try it again.

I found out how to extract the music and the exact file number and replacing it at the right freq., my issue is repacking the file into .afc format.
EDIT - nvm, didn't bother extracting the whole .afc, went a different route. I think it worked, now I have to test it.
