Sorry guys but please, stop the donation talk. I didn't do this for money and while I appreciate the gesture, I wouldn't take any. Also, this kind of talk might get this thread in trouble.
On a different mote, WOOOHOOOO!!!! I just figured out how to change Shepard's torn armour into another casual outfit. took me long enough to find the dam trigger. Now all I have to do is to figure out how to put it in the right place (which is gonna be another challenge). Thanks again for the hints with the Coalesced. It's always better not to search blind.
@Lyncoln-Ap: Sorry mate but I want to keep the ME theme in the music. While the timing would fit well, I also think the Crysis 2 theme is a bit too recognizable and would destroy the atmosphere for people who are familiar with it.
@Bfler: I think I have some idea what the problem is. During the ending (after the catalyst conversation and being railroaded into the red ending, do you get all the extended cut scenes (i.e. do you see the reapers falling on Thessia and Tuchanka)? If you do not, then you are using an old pre-EC save from after Cronos station. That in combination with Leviathan can lead to this error. If that is the case, I recommend you restart from a save before Cronos station (Cerberus HQ) and try it.

I was also concerned about what you mentioned in the song's matter, but my suggestion about the shepard's outfit in the memorial scene still stands :-) I will add that I think that would be nice if every human character in the memorial scene were wearing their dress blues (traynor, joker, cortez, kaidan/ashley, shepard), and, since we have plenty models in the game, and some extra mods, this changes would add in solenity and richness to the scene.

Yeah, it's going to be a few days before I can mess around with a new Normandy video. Work and school have got me booked for the next 4 daysMrFob wrote...

Not a lot of news on that front. I did get some help with video editing and music though. And thanks to areyouareaper we'll have a beautiful new geth slide for the next version.

Yeah, that would be cool. However, as it turns out, the models and textures are loaded from a central pool of outfits if you will. All I can mod is to change the index of the outfit that is loaded from this pool. I cannot mod textures specifically from this scene since there are none. For the same reason, I also cannot (or at least don't know how to) mod the other characters. If I'd do that, I'd change them in the whole game. Now the good news is, if you put your texture mod in the place of Shepards usual uniform (the one you can choose as a casual outfit throughout the game), it will also show up in this scene. That is, once I can figure out how to implement it properly in the first place. My last attempt crashed the game so we are not there yet.

Yes, you could replace the torn armor texture but that would change Sheps apearance throughout the entire ending. The torn armor is classified as a casual outfit by the game. There is only one model/texture for it (well, there are two, one for maleShep, one for femShep). Since I still need that armor for the large majrity of that mission, I can't change it but I have to change the ID for the casual outfit that shep wears at the memorial. The only way, to actually put a completely new and unique outift in there would be to add it to the BioG pcc files. This is something we cannot do yet. The same goes for all the others. Yes, I could change their outfits but they only have one Normady outfit for the entirety of the game. If I change it here, I change it in all the Normandy scenes.Lyncoln-Ap wrote...
As I said before, I am not familiar with heavily modding, but this method might help: me3explorer.wikispaces.com/How+to+add+bigger+textures+in+ME3 . I've heard that using it implicates in replacing only the particular instance of the texture which you're looking for (in shepard's case, the damaged armor). Being more specific, for example, by using this method, if you replace liara's texture aboard the normandy it doesn't mean that you will replace it in the whole game. I'm not certain if the method could help with the squad though, but it is a beginning. Well, whether this information has any use or not, or if it is new to you, It's worth sharing, anyway.

Hey, if you get Ash out of that idiotic blue thing and into an Alliance uniform for the entire game, I wouldn't call that a bug or a problem, I'd consider it a damn public service.

If not possible replace the armour, why not leave it damaged and "heal" the skin? I think that something must be damaged in Shepard in order to maintain the "feeling" of the scene, but not necessarily everything on him. Wouldn't the change be easier this way?
