We should check the people's who have crash and the people who don't to be sure if is an update problem

I don't think they're that petty; if anything it may just be the standard-update routine of Origin screwing with things.
Just checked whether the end-saves I still keep are affected, which was not the case for me, however. Granted, they are not game-plus, but I am not exactly convinced that factors into it...
Did you check whether any of the files in your folder got replaced? That is what Origin usually does, if anything. If so, just try and insert replaced files again. Main-game ones usually get replaced by Origin, so check there first.

So when you get to the start of MEHEM does the scene play out as:
A.
1. Shepard reaches for console, collapses, White light flashes. Goes to Next Scene:
2. Black screen with Shep breathing. Goes to Next Scene:
3. Crucible Arms open.
Then the game crashes
OR:
B.
1. Shepard reaches for console, collapses, White light flashes. Goes to Next Scene:
2. White Screen, Fade in to
3. Crucible Arms open.
Then the game crashes (with a black screeen).
If Scene B is what's happening then you will need to reinstall the mod. Scene B is the original flow of events for an unmodded ME3. This is an issue with your game being updated by Origin. Nothing malicious.
If it's A then I am not sure what is going on.

Sorry, I didn't say. Not showing the "build" of the version, so I think is useless to ask.
Let see. Try this: search on Me folder what files were modified in the last three days. Perhaps the persons that are experimenting no problems are the ones who don't update their games every time they connect.
The solution is to reinstall the mod re-copyng all filles.

@Joy Sauce: When ME3 updates it overwrites the files, it doesn't do that in an update for Origin itself. Given that ME3 updates infrequently, it shouldn't be a large problem.

Also I tested MEHEM from an autosave last night with latest Origin/ME3 update and worked fine for me, just in case anyone was having some weird problem.

When I went to see the council for the first time, the dialogue and basic animation was normal but their lips weren't moving during the closeups. Also, when the Turian councilor came to Udina's office, it was just a black shadow. Kinda funny when the shadow's omnitool went off.
Any ideas? I didn't have any problems with the ending on the last playthrough and I'm using the same Shep. I did, however, gibb the hell out of it.
edit: also meant to say: I love this mod! It makes the ending much more bearable for my ManShep. Too bad I can never play my FemShep again.

I had this issue pop up without MEHEM installed. Check your save flags the game is confused as to whether you saved the Council in ME1 or abandoned them. It should work normally once the flag error is cleared.

this is not possible atm.
in order to make this ending work, certain parts of other endings need to be overwritten or used. it is not possible to add new content, without sacrifice.
