Would it be possible for me to take my DAO/DA2 save files from my Xbox 360 and load them on to my laptop for DA3? I'm thinking about getting the PC version this time around so I can add mods to my game.

It would be nice if BioWare came out with a cross-platform save file transfer converter. I don't think any official software exists for the purpose you are describing.
