 So, I'm finally playing through Awakening, and I'm what looks like about halfway through, when I notice that I can buy several Manuals of Focus. So, I do.

Problem is, none of my party members seem able to use them! Just my main character. For the rest, the Manual just shows up in their radial menu as something that's "there", but that I have "0" of, even though my inventory screen says otherwise. What's up?
