Maybe it's my bad, but can't seem to download the Exiled Prince, and the Signature Edition Rewards DLCs from the site, the former is stuck at 0% while the latter does the same at 5,9% Same goes for the Black Emporium.

The Black Emporium occasionally works. Tried different browser, tried on\\off firewall, the issues still stands for Sig.Ed. Rewards and The Exiled Prince.

Attempting to do it by eMail is a problem. Are you located somewhere that the Live Chat access is not offered?

Yep, my current location sadly only allows e-mail, though I'll be back at home next week.
At any rate, I found a backup of the DLC in a long forgotten folder (note to self: never let the wife reorganize my folders again, not even on her laptop), so my problem is basically solved.
I did keep the message however, maybe they will fix it, if it is the same for other players too.
