If only these elite players could explain :P

Gotta be a mind set. When I play I'm more laid back, I don't top score often with group I play with, but that's ok. I usually make a good contribution I think. Don't die too often for the most part, and always go for objectives unless someone beats me to it.

Being aggressive and trying to kill everything at once seems like my brain needs to be more switched on than I'd like when gaming. Every once in a while I'll flip that switch, I guess, but prefer the easier route.

Most elite players cannot explain things because it is innate like a sprinter's running ability or someone who is exceedingly good at maths, they just do it. Typically only people who have to work hard to get good at something can explain it because they are forced to learn techniques and learn mechanics for doing things. Basically, the very best are usually the very worst at explanation.

I agree with that.

Watching videos I've learned a lot of tricks and tips that have certainly helped. But on some videos, I just stare in amazement, knowing if tried some of those things, I'd end up tripping over my mouse and keyboard.

I defiantly feel you eelectria. I saw an xcalizorz vid, GI and BW copied the exact build... Let's just say I was... Quite shocked between the difference in level between using the build and him using it

Lets not forget that playing all sorts of shooters for 5 hours a day also helps instincts... And most elite players do spend a sick amount of time with this and other games.
