I played drunk once. Let's just say I don't have the fortitude of Feneckus or Uh Cold, but maybe that's because I was using a precision class (SI Javelin)
Should've used the Brotarian Brosoldier Bronader build.

I turn on my surround sound headset with my xbox playlist and can get really into the games I play.Eelectrica wrote...

Gotta be a mind set. When I play I'm more laid back, I don't top score often with group I play with, but that's ok. I usually make a good contribution I think. Don't die too often for the most part, and always go for objectives unless someone beats me to it.
Being aggressive and trying to kill everything at once seems like my brain needs to be more switched on than I'd like when gaming. Every once in a while I'll flip that switch, I guess, but prefer the easier route.

I abuse the hell out of forward roll around corners to tweak the camera and look for blurs on the map as I run around.
If I see a blur I stop for a second and react accordingly.
I also scan areas constantly and I am always aware as to my teams location to predit spawns.
I think being good at this game revolves around how much information you can take in and what you can do with it in the least amount of time.

There are a lot of people here that I've never seen before...or maybe I have. I guess I should pay more attention to people's gamertags. The only person I remember playing with here is Uh Cold. I played with him once in a Silver match I believe...

Yeah I guess I should step it up and play Gold and Platinum more. I just don't like that Gold is a full of boss enemies because it doesn't make much sense why the enemy would send so many of their best troops to eliminate just 4 soldiers. Platinum makes even less sense because I'm pretty sure some of the factions, like Cerberus and the Geth, don't get along.

I've actually been wanting to play Gold more often but those randoms are vereh scareh. I play a lot more than all of my friends, in real life and on my friends list. I have over 500 hours and most of them don't even have half of that so I'm forced to play alone. At least it's good to know that there are always some good randoms.
If those 4 soldiers were such a threat then there really isn't any point in fighting anymore. All of the places in MP aren't vital enough to send such a large force to deal with them. I guess for the Reapers and Collectors that wouldn't be much of a problem but Cerberus has limited resources and most of the Geth are supposed to be fighting the Quarians on Rannoch.

3 or 4 days ago, I was hosting a PUG lobby, and Ashen Earth joined (as a random).
I was using a Turian Infiltrator with a Harrier III. He was a GI with a Javelin X.
Final score:
Ashen Earth 130-140K
Me 70-80K
Random 1&2 30-40K each
2-shooting Banshees (he even got 2 Banshees with one shot), destroying mooks respawns...
On my host.... Not fair, Bioware please nerf him.

You want him nerfed b/c he was better than you? Dude if they nerf ppl b/c they are better than you and get a higher score on a scoreboard that's erased after the game ends then what's the point of nerfing? I been in game where I got highest score and everybody but me was vanguard nobody got upset. That guy had skill deal with it and enjoy for easy credits.

Yup we have no sense of humour.
And we're elitist DB's who only play for score and hog all the kills.

Most elite players cannot explain things because it is innate like a sprinter's running ability or someone who is exceedingly good at maths, they just do it. Typically only people who have to work hard to get good at something can explain it because they are forced to learn techniques and learn mechanics for doing things. Basically, the very best are usually the very worst at explanation.
