Hi. Playing through DAO for the first time. I've unlocked a few specializations, but I'm not getting the option to train my cohorts in them. Can anyone help?

You get to choose a specialization at level 7 & 14, for all of your companions and yourself. Except for your Kossith party member who gets only one at level 14.

So my companions need to hit level 14? I've already passed level 7. I've specialized, but I'm not getting any options at camp for my npcs.

Oops, sorry, I confused you.
Actually all of your companions, expect for Sten, joins you with one specialization already selected. For instance, Alistair is a Templar, while Morrigan is a Shapeshifter. You can select their second specialization at level 14. Sten also gets the only one at lvl 14.
