I have a Bioware account balance of 1160, however, when I go to the store I can only purchase what I have in credits.  I am unable to spend Bioware points since when I highlight a Pack to purchase, the Bioware points option is grayed out.   Please help!

You are certain you understand that Achievent points have no monetary value, correct?

Sorry I failed to explain this happened during multiplayer and I'm talking about Bioware points that I've paid for in cash! A slight addendum: the last time I wanted to buy something from the store and didn't have enough multiplayer credits Bioware DID let me tap my Bioware points. It seems this problem comes and goes but is still annoying!

Same issue here, but not only with mass effect. I am sitting on 880 Bioware points. So far I tried spending them on equipment packs in ME3 multiplayer, DLC's for ME3, ME2, as well as DA2 and DA:O. I keep getting the "something went wrong" message. The issue persists since March. I've even contacted Origin support about it once but the only thing they were able to tell me as advice was "please try again later". I'd say 9 months qualifies as "later". I have tried different PC's, different browsers, all to no avail.
