[UEG Donkey]

 I've been gone on hiatus for a month and settled in to do some of this weekend's objectives; however I have no idea how multiplayer works anymore; I can't access the new collector faction and my runs on ghost aren't registering on my online account nor are my charge kills or various other Halloween challenges.  I tried using the search function but honestly I have no idea what the criteria should be.  Thanks in advance guys

Make sure you've downloaded and installed the Mass Effect: Retaliation pack first.

Once you've done that, all the new changes are added for you. You can access Collectors, unlock the new kits and complete challenges.
