Like in the title, the Challenge System is ruining logic and by that i mean Player logic when people are going into Gold and Platinum matches. People are going into matches to get credits but yet they are also going for the challenge points because their loadout speaks it in high volume. I am here to say I am tired of players going into Gold games or higher with poor weapons and obvious weapons that dont work on good. I like the challenge points just like the next person but please be smart about your loadout, we cant get through Gold with people using weapons that obviously dont work on Gold.  

I already have to deal with PUG players not using Medigel when needed I dont need to see through their loadout how flawed their logic is either. Challenge system is beginning to ruin PUG games for the fact that people arent being smart about their loadouts on top of not using their medigel, it doesnt make a good combination. I am ok with people getting Challenge points on Gold just be smart about the loadout/build your coming in with is all I am asking in General.

Who are you to say what works on Gold? Some things may not be optimal, but everything can work on Gold for someone that knows what they are doing.

I can use whatever I want on Gold. I'm a very capable player.
I can't speak for all PUGs but most of the ones that bring in bad weapons (and cannot use them effectively) would have done the same regardless.

Yes but for the odd chance i am playing a PUG I always end up with people who dont medigel. In PUG match i can trust my team not to medigel up when they need to in PUG games. Who am i to judge but the experience I had with PUG I mostly only play with friends but there is those offshot chances i play PUG and I always regretted every minute of those games i played because of the facts that are there. I am more of the guy that tells my other friends to give the guys loadout a chance. But too many times have ran into players not using medigel and now the Challenge system has added to that with them not only not using medigel but not using weapons that are effective on Gold with the Character they are using.

If they are the type of player unwilling to gel then it really isn't going to make that big of a difference what type of loadout they have, they will end up being a bad player no matter what. I PUG a fair amount still if my friends are in game already and come across tons of bad players, I just check what they are using and decide if I want to switch to something I know I can carry with or risk a failure.

I may use up my rockets and medigel, but I can get through PUG Gold matches without too much difficulty regardless of which class I'm using. I consider my flexibility with all the different classes to be my greatest strength.

all these pugs are scrubs.


i hear ashen uses the geth, they die in like 1 bullet from my mp7.

If you wanted to PUG you could always check your team's manifest on the N7 HQ, then you'd know if they had medi-gel or not. It might be a pain, but at least you'd know your team had the ability to gel...if they actually will is a different story. XD

Too OP... No Adrenaline Rush and ammo power that can cause explosions or tech burst.

Cannot comment those players. For myself found out that fastest way to get crap weapon points done is to solo bronze or silver with a krogan vanguard, vorcha soldier or the like - all mobs are mine, while I'm practicaly invincible and depending on how crap my gun is - might have a reegar to dissolve tricky cases. And doing so was not because I felt the need to be good or polite to others - it's just faster, because when armed with crapped gun, kills tend to be grabbed from under me by people with superior firepower anyway.

And aside from it, I recently got blamed for not medigeling on a silver wave 7 vs cerberus. Will be honest - did not medigel, because did NOT expect that other 3 team members who were still standing would fail the wave altogether.

There is no way a properly used locust takes a clip to kill a cannibal in bronze. AIm for the head or use another weapon.

I dont play PUGs much but if I wanna feel like a better player I know to enter a PUG because it has proven to show me there are far worse players out there than me. When it comes to me and my friends I am sad to admit but I can be a bit of a weak link at times but other times i can be really good, I am more of an iffy person when it comes to being a good player. It all depends on the situation the character I am playing and what not.

There are positives about the Challenge but I dont use character im not familiar with on Gold until I at least ran them through Silver and felt good about it. I even step down from playing Gold when it comes to PUGs and even on Silver i get bad players and I play Silver PUGs because I figure what can go wrong there. I go in thinking easy Jumbo Pack than the mission ends in failure and wasted 6 medigel because things went really south and the players there just didnt medigel.
