I decided to keep track of my spending after the latest DLC.

Since Retaliation:

First 100 PSPs = 25 Ultra Rares (10 Volus, 15 Weapons)

Ok, 25% drop rate, pretty good.

Next 39 PSPs = 1 Ultra Rare

2.5% drop rate

What have I done to deserve this?

Hey at least you've never gone a day without getting a UR. I'm probably going to abandon the RNG when halo 4 is out. Then I'll be in paradise while working toward visible goals.
