Well when I first played a multiplayer match, which was bronze. I started cycling through the d-pad to look at my equipment, then when I got to the cobra missile launcher. I pulled it out and spammed all my missiles in like 3 secs, not hitting a damn thing.

I had not yet known it's massive destructive power and purpose.

I almost bought BF3 for the char. Few times I almost picked it up. Sure glad now I didnt

I didn't put any points in throw on the Asari Adept and thought that was a good idea, lol

I meleed every thing. It done much more damage than anything else I had. And I only bought spectre packs. I did one game and got the krogen sentinal from a victory pack. (Had no clue how I got it.)
Other than that, I didn't do much that was that horrible.

it took me a looooooong time to realise the Dpad did stuff! Also, first few matches, i didnt figure out how to swap weapons, so id only go in with one weapon,

I didn't know about biotic or tech explosions so when playing my human sentinel I would turn TA on and never detonate it and I never used throw to detonate targets affected by my warp.

When I unlocked my first Drell character I was so enamored by his cool spin kick/flip kick melee attacks that I wouldn't even use my guns, I'd just run around and melee everything. I guess it wasn't much of a stupid or funny thing to do but I'll bet my teammates weren't too thrilled.

For the longest time I would hit the medigel button expecting it to revive allies. I also didnt know about gear mods.

I was on ps3 for the beta and there were no players at all you could connect to.

The first match took 15 minutes to find and we both died on wave 2. Yes only 2 people.

I kept wondering how people where blowing up so many things at once but I thought it was a class power. Only later did I inadvertently hit the 5 key and load the launcher. It was at that time I started reading the forums for multiplayer.

I don't even remember what exactly my first match was like. It was way back during the demo, and it was 3 games before I saw an extraction, even on bronze. The only gold game I tried failed within 2 minutes. Completion at any time seemed like a distant dream. I thought making it to extraction on silver would require a very, VERY good team.

After the actual game came out, a lot of that stuff changed fairly quickly.

I didn't notice that waves 3, 6 and 10 were the objective waves.
