Whenever I try to throw my Biotic Orbs, I find myself having to push the button multiple times to actually get it to work. The funny thikng is that spawning the orbs works just fine. This has actually gotten me killed on multiple occassions, and not only did using a different controller not fix the problem, but a friend of mine (who also plays on PS3) experiences the same problem.

this sounds like pressing the button too long.
