Awww he turned me down last playthrough when I asked him to go into the fade so I sent Wynne instead. Maybe I'll see if there's an option to press the issue this time through. Though as I'm playing as a jerk this time maybe I'll just kill the kid. Or Isolde again. She annoys me >.>

me too.  Next playthrough I may kill her.  Or make her kill the kid.  I have yet to play that scenario to its completion.

I despise Irving.
He revels in his destructive relationship with Greagoir and seems to care little for his students as anything other than as pawns to be proud of when they respond to his manipulation.
He totally failed Jowan, and his spiteful need to entrap Lilly just to 'break even' with Greagoir in the matter is just shameful.

ABSOLUTELY. I was shocked when on a second play-through I went with the route of telling Irving about Jowan, how ruthlessly and shamelessly he tried to destroy Lilly, just to get even. Wow. I never looked at him in quite the same way after that. Kindly old grandfather my quads.

Even more irritating are the PC responses. Really, Bioware, think outside the box much? Ever occur to you that some players might not want to RP manipulative bastards? It's part of the reason why some of my mage PC's go through with anulling the Circle.
