I have an unhealthy fondness for Loghain and some tiny part of me will cry if there isn't at least a nod to him in DA3 for those of us who deliberately kept him alive.

Wouldn't it be a shock to have him or Allistar as a party member in DAIII depending on your save?

Again? There are already several threads about this.
I don't want to see anything about him in DA3. They did enough to screw up the memory of this awesome character by crapping all over him in DA2 with the "Loghain's Armor" description.
And if they shoehorn him into the game . . . it'll be even worse.
LEAVE LOGHAIN ALONE!

I am considering having a hardened Alistair marry Anora and keep Loghain alive. My warden would also be still alive after performing the dark ritual with Morrigan. My question to you all is do you all think it is better to have Loghain alive recruiting in Orlais during the events of DA:III? I'm kind of interested (and worried) if Alistair's anger towards the Wardens manifests itself later.
The largest impact it will likely have is a brief cameo scene.
