I know this is probably late to the party, but from my time stationed in Japan - The US zip code equiv for Japan naval duty stations was Hawaii (Fleet HQ). I know I had to use that zip code workaround at least 2 times while I was over there.

Just want to say, you don't even necessarily need to fire any sort of weapon in the military. My dad was a doctor in the RAF and never touched a gun, even during basic training. He had a ceremonial sword though.

Wow, it's scary how quickly this went from an intelligent question concerning a GAME RELATED issue, to bashing someone because of the way he chooses to earn a living. At least he doesn't sling drugs, pimp women, or traffic in human beings. wow, my very first time on these forums and the first thread that I chose to click on and I find myself insulted as well. I've been serving for 12 years, and as a weather forecaster I'm not even weapons qualified. I've got my college degree, and happen to be a democrat. It really does surprise me how close-minded and ignornat some people can be.



As far as the actual thread topic is concerned, I feel your pain. I had the same problems a lot while stationed in Iceland. Hopefully you managed to get that workaround and get the DLC.

Dont give two ****s about the military of this current age. the real soldiers are worth remembering (WW1, WW2) those of this new age, dont even deserve the medals they carry.

I normally don’t comment on stupidity but i feel i should. In some ways it is sad the anti-military idiocy of some people the hate of what is America. The stupidity of those who don’t realize the same people they hate are the same ones that allow them to say the idiotic crap they say , Who love the dictators of the world and who love Marxism and socialism never realizing that they could never say what they do with out our military. So while I will never say you can’t be an idiot or spew stupidity i can say



“You’re an idiot”



And to those in the military thanks for all you do. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe and thank you for defending a country where even the stupidest of us can open out mouths.

Or just get your education on the military's dime.  Free tuition
assistance, grants available, GI Bill...  all there for the willing.
Beats spending the first 10 years of your professional life fending off the debt collectors. 

Personally I'd rather fend off debt collectors for ten years than have the army own my ass for one, but that's my opinion.
