Well the way you guys see things as "fit" led to DA2 and ME3. If youre going to do the same thing in this game, why should I buy it?

I for one liked DA2. If you do not like it you do not have to buy it. That is the nice thing about capitalism. No one can make you buy anything you do not wish to buy.

Hush, don't tell them that! Thay HAVE to buy it and thus HAVE to rage about it!

But anyway, DA ][ was a good game. I loved ME3. Sorry for your loss, OP, and...^^^

This may be true, but the interplay between choice and destiny were thematic elements in both Mass Effect and Dragon Age before the largely reviled installments of the franchises. If Bioware decides to deal with a previous choice in a way that doesn't really have much respect of that previous choice, then it plays into the theme that certain events are inevitable (like the rise of the Warden, the defeat of the Archdemon, and the rise of the Mage-Templar war), when they deal with a choice that has a lot of nuance then it plays into the themes of choice. As long as they continue to do this in a complex and earnest way I'm not going to have much problem with it.

I, for one, think both Bioware teams (ME and DA) have been doing an a very good job overall of having player choices fit into this theme as well as fitting into the ongoing story universe in such a way that it hasn't bothered me that much.  Though specifically, I think the only outright retcons that have happened in these franchises were in DA2.

I think he's wording it wrong.I believe he's referencing the devs saying they are going to make the game they want to make.

I have a selective memory. But lemme rephrase, I'm pretty sure they didn't mean "We're gonna do whatever we want and ya'll can go suck it" because that would look really, really awful as a headline if for no other reason.

Except health insurance, and god knows what else now that that Pandora's box has been opened under the guise of proper taxing powers.

No of course not, that's why they're taking fan feedback. How the op interpreted it tho is a whole other thing alltogether.

What's with all the negative threads they will make the game then we will decide if we like it or not

Some people are just attention ****s, don´t bother with them.

These threads are totally ridiculous, it´s like going to a BMW forum and complaining that if the windshield isn´t the way you like it you won´t buy it. Guess what, too bad for you. If Bioware sucks so much at making games then the OP should create his own company to compete with them, if making games is so easy he will surely have an easy time huh?

Really? You are whining about a game that doesn't even have a release date yet (what release date, not even a screenshot!) ? This has to be a world record...

Yeah, if I don't like how a car drives, I should make my own car company!  That makes sense!  If I don't like a movie, or a TV show, I should become a screenwriter!  That's a totally rational reponse to a complaint!  It doesn't at all reek of petty fanboyism!
