I noticed that too. Good thing that EA has fixed the load time issue.

Still having the connection issues, but it's nice that it loads much faster.

It usually takes me 30+ minutes to connect to MP, but since this patch I've been able to connect on the first try both times I've launched the game.  I really hope this is a fix and not a coincidence - I was getting ready to drive my fist through the monitor.

I've been scouring the local ME3 file cache, and nothing new seems to show up. Anyone got any ideas where the new patch's contained?

Edit 1: I think it's not a total patch - seems to be one of those weekly patches.

It is ridiculous that there are no official patch notes (probably because that means they'd have to admit there was a problem), but 2 people I know who have not been able to connect to EA via the game to verify their DLC or join to multiplayer AT ALL since the Collector's patch (Retaliation?) are now suddenly able to connect again, in addition to, yes, the initial main menu load up and DLC verification now taking a fraction of the time. Thank god.

I ruled out that my PC/Origin install isn't fault here. Origin log reports the same as the error itself hints: no response from the download server.

I almost cried after finding out the loading times are shorter than before. Before this patch, I usually wasted 30 seconds after the "Press any button to start", 20 seconds after choosing Multiplayer and 20 seconds to open the Store.

Thank you so much, Bioware. Now I can finally play the multiplayer without getting depressed.

oO Ea finally removed there stupid DRM system aparently they have done the same to all there games

seems like after much complaining customer voices have spoken and achieved a result

now if only the stupid sodding patch server would work so i can install it and play me3 Grrr

Same for me too. Origin was giving this error code for the update last night and still saying it today.

My loading times are faster so maybe that change was server side only!? Still can't update or reinstall.
