I'd add SS (for Shadow Strike) and WAI (Working As Intended)

I've seen THS stand for Turian Havoc Soldier.
Krodept for Krogan Adept.
VorE for Vorcha Engineer. (Sorry I just had to!)
Not sure if it's widely used but me and a friend refer Geth Infiltrators wielding Piranhas as GIPs.

I've never heard it in use either, other than jokes on the forums - but it makes me giggle when I see it so I left it.

Since when was a Marauder or Centurion a 'boss' enemy?
#111
Posté 23 novembre 2012 - 02:43
I assumed it was because they have additional defenses over mooks.

Just saw this very good definition of "Hatesurfing" on another thread
"Hitting an enemy with any kind of force based attack that will cause them to go flying a good distance, and locking onto them with a Batarian's heavy melee, causing him to surf after the enemy for the duration of the melee animation, before crushing their skull. The Batarian Sentinel's shockwave does it quite well"

You're missing Broguard. WHAT. THE. F***? Why would you call a Batarian vanguard "Batman" when you could call him THE BROGUARD!!!!!!

I prefer QFI/QMI/QFE/QME as opposed to FQI/MQI/FQE/MQE.
Because Q is a very cool letter and it should go first.
Also, RBOG = Real Being Of Genious.

Deeefinitely appreciating this. Relatively new to the Multiplayer forum, as in this is my first post, and love having the vocab help.

I'd call them elite mooks or sub-bosses.Yuoaman wrote...

Only Primes, Atlases, Banshees etc are actual bosses (see boss headshot multiplier versus normal weapon headshot multiplier)

Thank you very much for this!
I occasionally had to use Google (unsuccessfully), to try to figure out what some of these meant.
Very helpful.

how about Kite? (Kiting?) It's drawing enemies toward you by shooting at them, powers etc so that the enemy focuses on you.
example; "I'll kite this banshee while you pick him up!"
...Distraction would work too I guess, but Kite sounds cooler :x
