Hi,

When i try to get bioware points i am just standing in the character info page or something. I don't see an option to buy points or anything. Plus when I try to goto the DLC page to try and download the wardens keep from there perhaps and get points tehre, it says i am not allowed to see that page. What's up with that? Do i need to verify my account or something? Have the latets patch installed for my game? Do I realy need to open up those ports to see the DLC page or be able to buy points? Because I'm not really that fond about opening ports, you never know who might use them to get in my PC.

Anyways, any tip/thoughts/answers are greatly appreciated

Having the same issues....with adding DLC..and agree with ya bout opening ports. Just take my money already and give me the content! Lol

I opened all the ports neccesary for the game, so far, no luck getting on the DLC page or finding a button to buy bioware points..... Any1 with an idea on why and how? Maybe a bioware employee?

I opened a ticket with tech support.....I'll post with any usefull info I get, if any, once/If they reply.

Try to going to http://social.biowar...p?dest=checkout to buy points. (Its the link you get if you click the Dragon on the side of this page that says "Add Bioware Points".



The "Official DLC" page here has never worked. You have to buy points on the website, and then redeem them inside the game.

I'm having the same difficulty here, no matter what I try I can't add points.



Checking through the forums I can see 1 month old threads on this issue. Has this just never been sorted?

This is all greatly disappointing as I was really looking forward to getting my hands on these DLCs after thoroughly enjoying my first playthrough of the game without them.

Yeah, that link also redirects me back to my home page.

I've found a thread where someone mentions that they called up technical support and they found that the reason for this was that their EA account was not correctly bound to their PSN account.

Perhaps I'm having a similar issue with my Live account. I may give them a call when I am able to.

Blimey, only just realised that I had a Promo code for 'The Stone Prisoner', which was on the otherside of my 'Blood Dragon Armor' Promo code.



This saves me requiring points for 1 of the DLC's at least.



I don't expect many people to be quite as stupid as me, but I just thought I'd mention it just in case.

I have cut and pasted from the other Thread in case its helpful, have not called myself yet. I was able to get the Dragons armor and Shale..but those I hade codes for....one would think they would on this little moneymaker of theirs and making sure it works properly....meh.

Got this info from the automated message.....Help.dragonage.com/chat to chat with a rep.

Have to select no if prompted after entering in account info....FYI.

---My Ea Acount was Not tied to boiware and PSN account correctly and this was stoping me from getting my DLC content. The guy on the phone had access to all the info and was able to bind all the data the way it should have been. Numbers Below if they Help

Well, I was indeed able to download the stone prisoner and the blood dragon armor, also with codes. But I am curious at the warden's keep now, but i have to buy it with sum bioware credits and both links that Kepha gave ended indeed returing to my character info page.... I can't seem to get the points needed to buy the warden's keep.... Very annoying since i have already completed the game 4 times and ending up with 4 of the different endings that are possible to get, but even my char info page doesn't update that info. All i have is my first char reaching lvl 1 and is still a mage. So far I already made like ehm.... 4 or 5 chars for the different starting sequences, But they still are not visible on my profile page/character page.



Also, not getting rediected to bioware points buyout/checkout page, not even when i use the link inside the game.



As for my account being tied or not tied to EA account or PSN accout...... I have linked my EA account to my bioware account, I'm sure of that because i used that 1 to login on the bioware account page, but what is the PSN account? I read exaltedhelios about a live account so i take it he has an xbox 360 game version and the PSN is then probably for the Playstation 3 version of the game? I have the PC version so i doubt that i will need to link a live or PSN account to bioware or EA, right? Else I need to make a PSN account and a live account which would be utterly stupendous if they are only needed for the xbox or playstation....

Wow that's some fail tech support right there. Looks like the head tech gave the other techs a few sentences to say to everyone who had a problem with points, and then had no idea what to do when it wasn't an APO problem lawl.

same problem. link to checkout returns to main page of beta bioware site. guess it's still quite beta. but that's no excuse for leaving us hanging on an alternate route to get the product. an improperly maintained beta website shouldn't be the only way to buy points. and these forums should have an answer to this by now, from someone at Bioware.

This is frustrating. It's a bad sign when a company can't even properly take your money. Who ever put this system together is major fail. Btw, how many of you bought the game on steam like I did?
