This did NOT work yesterday, but I could today reach the pointbuy page by clicking:
Profile > Add Bioware Points
Using the in-game function doesn't work.
Warden's Keep is now payed for, downloaded and installed.
can't reach the DLC page or get bioware points to buy DLC content

Stone The Crows! It actually worked!!! Tried earlier this morning and same old problems, finished off Psychonauts, and then came back to have another go and it worked. Hooray!!! As for why it works now and hasn't before, I haven't a clue. Did exactly the same as yesterday. Just pure blind luck I reckon.
