Pre EC: 1/10 (nothing definite to really go off of; at most, I could say it looked/ sounded cool)
EC: 8/10 (amazing; my only gripes are that the stargazer scenes weren't removed, there is no conventional victory, and i'm so biased towards Control that I find it hard to even consider the other choices)
*my review excludes Priority Earth; only rates everything after the run to the beam

pre EC, 0/10
the fleets arriving was ridiculous as all i remember was the conversation on the citadel in ME2 about speed of objects in space, and how the fleet literally did more damage to Earth than the reapers did.
post EC, still 0/10
as the EC did not fix any of the problems is had with the original.
but theres an upside, Halo 4 just came out
Mere existence of Catalyst makes ME1 and ME2 completely pointless, so, i think, rating goes for both like -20/10.
Even without Catalyst, both prequels a meaningless and nonsensical. Why reapers waited for thousands of years of Sovereign machinations, why they could just fly into our galaxy for half a year, losing completely nothing?
And even if you managed to headcanon both out, ME3 is still completely nonsensical, starting with Crucible and to Cerberus, TIM retardation and Udina self-betrayal.
And EC fixed completely nothing, and added to a level of nonsense with evacuation scene. And then there were retarded Leviathans...
Ugh

After my 45 hour full playthrough of Mass Effect 3. Explored every inch of this game including all the dialog on the Citadel and Normandy.
This. I loved Mass Effect 3 - every part of it - and although the endings puzzled and even shocked me at first, they've grown on me and I've come to love them. 9.5 only because I had to say goodbye to Miranda over video screen. But, overall, good work Bioware/EA in my opinion!

Post-EC: 2/10
Post-Leviathan: 2/10
Also, why not just make it a poll?

It's the precise same ending, precise same flaws, just now it has pretty pictures! I'm using 0 as a cap or else it would be in the negative numbers, as it managed to completely destroy the previous two installments of the series.

ending 1
ec 5
leviathan did not help the ending or hurt it since the story is so far in a ditch filled with toxic water
so fun to play but once i did it I didn't play it again unlike the dlc from mass effect 1 and 2
