I think the change is because it sounded silly, it wasn't a title.  It was 'Halloween Event'.

I hope they introduce a new permanent staple to the store for N7 Day, like a dedicated ammo pack ("but we have those!", you shout. "They're called Premium Spectre Packs!" Maybe it'll give the ammo a place to loiter besides around our PSPs?) or a ridiculously overpriced Ultra Rare pack so that we're guaranteed to actually get one of the suckers in a single purchase, even if it isn't the gun model we want.
