Any good exploits for X-Box version, that gives gold?  I have heard of a few for experience, but not for gold.  The traps one is for a little silver and some experience.  I was hoping they had something like the Mass Effect where you help out a merchant, and from that point on can sell items at a profit, buy back from someone else cheap...go back to the merchant you helped out and sell at a profit again,  etc.....

Would love to try some of the high dollar equipment, but need the money first.

Go to redclife village (sp?) help with the fight and convince the blacksmith to repair the milltia's weapons and armour. Then go to the bar and convince the bartender to help with the fight.Next talk to the girl and ask to buy stuff. She will give you stuff for free but what you want to take is the crystals. This will only work if you have the dlc for shale.Do as many trips as needed then go to the black smith and sell them.

Not really an exploit but still an easy way to earn a lot of money.

It's best to start with a bit of gold, 50 or 100GP. And you need Master Herbalism (or one of your companions).

1) Buy the Potent Lyrium Potion Recipe in the Wonders of Thedas shop (Denerim)
2) Go to the Circle Tower and buy Lyrium Dust
3) Go to the Gnawed Noble Tavern in Denerim and buy Flasks, Distillation Agents and Concentrator Agents

You need:
4x Lyrium Dust
1x Flask
2x Dist. Agent
2x Conc. Agent

To create 1 Potent Lyrium potion.

All the ingredients have a total cost of 01/01/10 (gold/../...)
You can sell them for 01/25/00.

Buy as many ingredients as you can. After a while you'll earn more than 50GP each time.

If you want to play with the expensive toys, Dwarf Noble is the fastest way to get there. You can make 25 gold in the intro, and after Lothering, the dwarf merchant in the Denerim will buy everything for double what any other merchant pays.

This means he will pay 248 gold for a stack of Potent Lyrium Potions that cost you 101 gold to make. If you spend all that on more ingredients the next run leaves you with ~650, and the run after that nets you about ~1500. The whole process takes about 10 minutes and yields enough money for every big shiny in the game.

The initial 25 gold means you can buy the recipe and some ingredients to get started as soon as someone has level 4 Herbalism.

the most exploity exploit is probably the one where you can sell items twice, just put whatever you want to sell in your junk section, then go to a merchant and highlight the item, the press Y then A really fast, it might take a few tries but it will sell the item twice (meaning twice the money) so you can buy it back for half of what you got for it and do it again

I have tried the junk exploit, with no luck whatsoever...appreciate the advice, but I think I will try the Dwarf option next

you're probably not doing it fast enough then, it helps if you turn the controller and use both hands

There is an expoit that is apparently only available for the console and only if you have the Stone Prisoner DLC installed, but it can generate a lot of gold quickly.

When you first enter Redcliffe, go to the tavern and convince Lloyd to fight with the villagers.  This will put Bella in charge and if you talk to her she will give you everything in the tavern's inventory for free.  Each time you enter the tavern 4-6 random golem crystals will appear in the inventory, which you can then get for free from Bella and sell to another merchant.  You can do this as often as you wish simply by exiting and re-entering the tavern and talking to Bella.  This exploit will work right up until the Landsmeet, and as your character gains levels the quality (and therefore value) of the golem crystals increases.  You do not need to have Shale in your party to do this.

this is easy gold, extremely fast way to make gold virtually no effort required you just need to pass lothering. this is especially good at high levels as you get brilliant crystals which are worth a hell of alot more

I've heard some people mention that this corrupts your game saves.

How can the dwarf noble make 25 gold in the intro?

You can get a note of credit worth 100 gold and sell it for 25 prior to being banished.  You have to support the surface dwarves and tell the quest giver you want gold, not rumors.

There is also an exploit when you reach Lothering. Pick up the quest where the lady asks for 3 traps. Buy the trap triggers from the guy at the inn, craft the traps and complete the quest and earn 50 silvers. If you talk to the lady again, she will ask for the traps again and reward you again. You can keep doing this forever. The only "problem" is getting the exp along with the money.

If you take Leliana with you and she has master stealing you can set her tactics up to steal during combat.

Yeah, you can gety ridicuous amounts of money from that trick with Leliana if your not a rogue as for the experience I didn't mind because I'm doing the Urn quest first and that crap is long and hard.

I'm surprised that Bioware patched the Denerim Warden Warehouse glitch and not this...

easy gold + expierance

go to anny shop you like

sellect the moost expensive item that you can buy

buy it, now sellect the item again first left klik hold klik right hold both move back to shop

and repeat

every time you do this you get more gold keep doing this with the moost expensive items that are in the shop so you get more gold :)

once you got enough gold, finish redcliffe quest, go to party camp, klik the alliance suply chest and dump 30 gold, and repeat every time you place cash in it you get exp :)
