I lay asari and quarian females exclusively. 

Weapon? Smooooth talkin.
Setup? Wingman sometimes. Not always necessary.

I would guess that I play most heavily with humans or turians, but lately I've been playing a lot of Quarians and Geth to achieve the Machinist banner. In fact, challenges have branched out my playstyle, and I like trying new things again. I never thought I would actually enjoy being a Gengineer, but I've been playing as one for quite a while, and not just to fulfill 200 waves with him either.

Specific race, probably Krogan since the Sentinel, soldier, and vanguard are all classes I like to play, the first two more often.

After that it'd probably be turian since I regularly play the sentinel and soldier as well.
