Never played the 360, but if you just get 3 super fast, make those healing and the two sunders.
Am i doing this wrong?

As for 100% Spell Resistance it's easy.
Go Dwarf (that's not necessary, but makes things easier) Templar.
Dwarf: 10%
Knight Commander Armour: 40%
Spellward Amulet: 30%
Keys to the City: 4%
Weapon slots: 2x Master Dwomer Rune: 16%
It's possible to use the third slot for another 10% with Grandmaster Dweomer Rune. Or use the Antivian Boots for another 4%.
As for the item locations, I think you're being a bit lazy. Check the wiki. Most are simple. Helm of Honnelath and Harvest Fstival Ring are Stone Prisoner DLC. Warden Commander Boots and Starfang are Warden's Keep DLC. Chasind Great Maul can be bought by Gorim in Denerim after two major quests. Knight Commander Armour can be bought rom the start from the settlement outside Orzammar.
Spellward Amulet and Andruil's Blessing belt are both obtainable from the beginning from merchants in the Camp and in Circle Tower. Keys to the City can be found in Orzammar.

All the stuff you listed i have except Andruil's Blessing and Chasind Great Maul. Some item locations are not listed in the wiki anyway do you think with my build and gear i could solo on hard or nightmare?

I have no idea. I guess it's possible. It has been done before as far as I know.
Myself I know I have been initially struggling on Nightmare (pre-level 10). Later it got better, but I don't think I would want to solo it myself.
If your tactics are good and you love hard challenges, you can try.
